醫管相關科系應屆畢業生個人背景與工作價值觀、就業選擇意向之關

聯性研究

A Study of the Relationship among Individual

Background,Work Values and Occupation Selection Tendency of the Seniors of Health Care Administration

本研究旨探討在不同性別、年齡、學業成績、工作經驗、實習成績、能力、居住地區、父母親教 育程度、家庭經濟狀況、家中子女數、父母教育態度、父母期望、學校地理位置、學院別、學校 體制等個人背景變項的醫管相關科系應屆畢業生,調查他們在自我成長、成就感、工作地位、工 作內容、工作自主性、管理、人際關係、敘薪獎金與福利制度、升遷機會、工作環境、安全感、

利他、休閒、創造性與發展等十四項工作價值觀構面上的感受程度還有對於就業選擇的意向。透 過以上的調查研究的結果進而來深入分析探討醫管相關科系應屆畢業生的個人背景變項與其工 作價值觀、就業選擇意向的影響性和關聯性。

本研究採問卷調查研究方式,以立意抽樣獲得所需樣本。本研究總計共發出523 份問卷,回收

389 份,問卷回收率為 74.38%,在扣除無效問卷 18 份後,所回收的有效問卷共計有 371

份,有效回收率為70.93%。而問卷調查所得資料分別以描述統計與推論統計加以處理,包括

次數分配、百分比、平均數、t 考驗、交叉分析與單因子變異數分析等。而從研究結果可以發現 不同的個人背景變項會對於醫管相關科系應屆畢業生的工作價值觀與就業選擇意向有所影響,而 研究概要的結果如下:

1、不同個人屬性(性別、年齡、學業成績、能力)醫管相關科系應屆畢業生在工作 價值觀部分構面上有顯著差異。

2、不同家庭環境(家庭經濟狀況、父母教育態度)醫管相關科系應屆畢業生在工作價值觀部分 構面上有顯著差異。

3、不同教育環境(就讀科系所屬學院別)醫管相關科系應屆畢業生在工作價值觀部分構面上有 顯著差異。

4、不同個人屬性(年齡、學業成績、工作經驗、實習成績、能力)醫管相關科系應屆畢業生在 就業選擇意向部分題目上有顯著差異。

5、不同家庭環境(居住地區、父母教育程度、家庭經濟狀況、父母教育態度、父母期望)醫管 相關科系應屆畢業生在就業選擇意向部分題目上有顯著差異。

6、不同教育環境(就讀學校地理位置、就讀科系所屬學院別、就讀學校體制)醫管相關科系應 屆畢業生在就業選擇意向部分題目上有顯著差異。

英文摘要

The main objective of this research is to study the seniors of health care administration who have different individual background such as gender, ages, academic performance, work experience, internship performance, ability, areas, parents’ education, parents’ income, numbers of children, parents’ education attitude, parents’ expectation, school geographical location, colleges, school systems, etc. We investigated their work values from the perspectives of self-development, achievement, work status, job content, work freedom,

management, supervisory and associate relation, salary and prize, opportunity for advancement, work setting, security, altruism, relaxation, and creativity. Moreover, this research also wanted to investigate their occupation selection tendency. Lastly, we research the influences and relationships among individual background, work values and occupation selection tendency of the seniors of health care

administration.

This study used questionnaire survey as the main research method and applied convenient sampling to select respondents. We distributed 523 questionnaires for the seniors of health care administration. In the end, 389 were collected and the response rate was 74.38%. There were 371 valid samples and the valid response collection rate was 70.93%. The data of questionnaires were analyzed by

descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentage, and mean, and by inferential statistics including t test, cross analysis, and One-way ANOVA. The major findings of the research are the background properties of the seniors of health care administration have influences on their work values and occupation selection tendency. The findings of this study are as follows:

1. The different personal characteristics (gender, ages, academic performance, and ability) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in part of work values.

2. The different family background characteristics (parents’ income, and parents’

education attitude) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in part of work values.

3. The different education environment characteristics (school geographical location, colleges, and school systems) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in part of work values.

4. The different personal characteristics (ages, academic performance, work experience, internship performance, and ability) of the seniors of health care

administration have significant influences in part of occupation selection tendency.

5. The different family background characteristics (areas, parents’ education, parents’ income, parents’ education attitude, parents’ expectation) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in part of occupation selection tendency.

6. The different education environment characteristics (school geographical location, colleges, and school systems) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in part of occupation selection tendency.

7. The different personal characteristics (gender, ages, academic performance, work experience, internship performance, ability) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in first choice at part of occupation selection tendency.

8. The different family background characteristics (areas, parents’ education, parents’ income, numbers of children, parents’ education attitude, and parents’

expectation) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in the first choice of occupation.

9. The different education environment characteristics (school geographical location, colleges, and school systems) of the seniors of health care administration have significant influences in first choice at part of occupation selection tendency
