Sayın Acentemiz,
26 Ocak 2021' den itibaren Amerika Birleşik Devletleri' ne yapılacak uçuşlarımızda 2 yaş ve üzeri tüm yolcularımızın aşağıda belirtilen kurallara uyması zorunludur.
Kurallara uymayan ve ya yanlış beyanda bulunan yolcular uçuşlara kabul edilmeyecektir.
Yolcularımızın uçuşlarının kalkış saatinden maksimum 3 takvim günü öncesinde numunesi alınmış negatif PCR (nükleik asit test) veya antijen testi sonucunu ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir.
COVID-19 enfeksiyonu geçiren yolcularımız, ilk maddeye alternatif olarak uçuşların kalkış saatinden en az 10 gün veya en fazla 90 gün önce numunesi alınmış pozitif bir viral test sonucu ile yolcunun seyahat izni olduğunu belirten lisanslı bir sağlık hizmetleri sağlayıcısı veya halk sağlığı görevlisine ait yazılı veya elektronik ortamda bir belgeyi (documentation of recovery) gösterebilir.
Yolcularımız yayınlanan kurallara uygun negatif bir test aldığını veya COVID-19'dan kurtulduğunu gösteren seyahat izni belgesi olduğunu kurallara uygun ilgili pozitif test sonucuyla birlikte ABD Salgın Hastalıkları Kontrol ve Önleme Merkezi (CDC) tarafından paylaşılan Beyan (Attestation) Formu ile doğrulamalıdır. Formun 2 yaş ve üzeri tüm yolcular için yolcu tarafından doldurulması gerekmekte olup, ebeveyn veya diğer yetkili kişi, 2 ila 17 yaşları arasındaki veya kendi adlarına onay veremeyen yolcular adına formu doldurabilir. Formun çıktı alınarak yolcularımızca doldurulup imza altına alındıktan sonra yolcularımızca seyahatlerine başlayacakları havalimanında Türk Hava Yolları istasyon yetkililerine üç sayfa halinde teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir.

Test ve Doküman Detayları:
Tüm test sonuçları yazılı veya elektronik formda olabilir. Laboratuvar test sonucu olması gerekmektedir. Negatif Test sonuç belgeleri şu detayları içermelidir: Kişiyi tanımlayan bilgiler (isim soyisim, doğum tarihi), viral testin türü, numune alınış tarihi, testi yapan kişi/kurumun isim ve iletişim bilgileri. Test sonucunun negatif olduğuna ilişkin ifade '' NEGATIVE '', '' SARS CoV-2 RNA NOT DETECTED '', '' SARS CoV-2 ANTIGEN NOT DETECTED '', '' COVID-19 NOT DETECTED '' şeklinde olmalıdır. '' Invalid '' şeklinde belirtilen test sonuçları geçersiz sayılacaktır.
Covid-19 enfeksiyonu geçirerek hastalığı atlatan, ilgili sağlık otoritelerinden alınan seyahat izni mektubu ile seyahat edecek yolcuların pozitif viral test sonuç belgeleri şu detayları içermelidir: Kişiyi tanımlayan bilgiler (isim soyisim, doğum tarihi), viral testin türü, numune alınış tarihi, testi yapan kişi/kurumun isim ve iletişim bilgileri.
Pozitif test sonucu '' POSITIVE '', '' SARS CoV-2 RNA DETECTED '', '' SARS CoV-2 ANTIGEN DETECTED '', ''COVID-19 DETECTED '' şeklinde olmalıdır. '' Invalid '' şeklinde belirtilen test sonuçları geçersiz sayılacaktır. Bununla birlikte seyahat izin belgesi üzerinde yetkilinin isim soyisim, adres, telefon numarası bilgileri ile yolcunun isim soyisim ve doğum tarihi gibi tanımlayıcı bilgiler yer almalıdır.
Yanlış beyanda bulunan yolcularımızın ABD otoriteleri tarafından idari cezalarla (para cezası, tutuklanma vb.) karşılaşabileceği belirtilmiştir.
Test İçin Süre Hesaplaması:
Kişinin ABD' ye seyahat sürecinde aynı bilette bağlantılar arasındaki süre 24 saati aşmayacak şekilde bulunuyorsa, negatif testler için maksimum 3 gün veya seyahat izin mektubu ile seyahat edecek yolcular için pozitif testlerde maksimum 3 ay hesaplaması testin numune alınış saati referans alınarak, ilk çıkış noktasındaki sefer kalkış saatine göre yapılır. Fakat ABD' ye seyahat farklı bir biletteyse veya bağlantılı uçuşlar arasındaki süre 24 saati aşıyorsa, İstanbul/ABD uçuşunun sefer kalkış saatine göre süre hesaplamasının yapılması gerekmektedir.
Uçuşun herhangi bir sebep ile gecikmeli icra edilecek olması durumunda, test süresi 3 takvim gününü aşan yolcular uçuşa kabul edilmez.

Dear Agency,
All passengers aged 2 and over are required to comply with the following rules on our flights to the United States as of January 26, 2021. Passengers who do not comply with the rules or make false statements will not be accepted to the flights.
Our passengers are required to submit a negative PCR (nucleic acid test) or antigen test result that sample was taken maximum 3 calendar days before the departure time of their flight.
As an alternative to the first item for passengers who survived the covid-19, they may show a positive viral test result that test sample was taken at least 10 days or at most 90 days before the departure time of their flights and a documentation of recovery written by a licensed healthcare provider or public health officer stating that the passenger is allowed to fly.
Our passengers must verify with the Attestation Form shared by the CDC that they have received a negative test or that they have a documentation of recovery showing that they have survived COVID-19 with the relevant positive test result in accordance with the published order. Please click here in order to access the attestation form. The form must be completed by the passenger for all passengers aged 2 and over, and the parent or other authorized person can fill out the form on behalf of passengers between the ages of 2 and 17 or who cannot give consent on their behalf. Attestation Form must be delivered to Turkish Airlines station officials by our passengers in three pages after filled and signed at the airport where they will start their journey with Turkish Airlines.

Test and Document Details:
All test results can be in written or electronic form. Laboratory test result is required.
Negative Test result documents must contain the following details: Information
identifying the person (name, date of birth), type of viral test, sampling date of the test, name and contact information of the person / institution performing the test. The statement indicating that the test result is negative should be "NEGATIVE", "SARS CoV-2 RNA NOT DETECTED", "SARS CoV-2 ANTIGEN NOT DETECTED",
"COVID-19 NOT DETECTED". Test results indicated as "Invalid" will be considered invalid.
The positive viral test result documents of the passengers who have healed from the Covid-19 infection and will travel with a documentation of recovery from the relevant health authorities must contain the following details: Information identifying the person (name, surname, date of birth), type of viral test, sampling date of test, name and contact information of the institution. The positive test result should be in the form of "POSITIVE", "SARS CoV-2 RNA DETECTED", "SARS CoV-2 ANTIGEN DETECTED", "COVID-19 DETECTED". Test results indicated as "Invalid" will be considered invalid. In addition, on the document of recovery, the official's name, address, telephone number and descriptive information such as the passenger's name and date of birth must be included.
It has been stated that our passengers who make false statements may face administrative penalties (fines, arrest etc.)
Time Calculation For Tests:
If the time between connections on the same ticket does not exceed 24 hours during the travel period of the passenger to the USA, sampling time of the test must be maximum 3 days ago for negative tests or 90 days ago for positive tests for passengers traveling with a documentation of recovery from the departure time of the flight at the origin point. However, if the flight to the USA is on a different ticket or the time between connecting flights exceeds 24 hours, the time calculation must be made according to the departure time of the Istanbul / USA flight.
If the flight will be delayed for any reason, passengers whose test period exceeds 3 calendar days are not accepted to the flight.
