Yaklaşık dört yıllık bir çalışmanın ürünü olan cihaz, soğuk depolarda endüstriyel nem kontrolü yapmak amacıyla geliştirilmiştir.

Günümüzde kullanılan soğutma ve nemlendirme sistemleri, özellikle havaya veya yere direkt olarak su püskürtülmesi veya sulu bir ortamdan havanın fan yardımıyla geçirilmesi ile çalış- maktadır. Bunun yanı sıra santrifüj tipi nemlendiriciler de kulla- nılmaktadır.
Evaporatör önüne konan yüksek basınçlı nemlendirme sistem- lerinde, ürünlerin üzerine düşen su zerrecikleri nedeniyle ürün- lerin kalitesinin bozulması, sistem kapandığında nozüllerden su damlamaya devam etmesi, düşük sıcaklık nedeniyle su taşıyan borularda donma oluşması sonucu bağlantı noktalarında ayrıl- maların olması gibi sorunlar bulunmaktadır.
Santrifüj tipi nemlendiricilerin kullanılması durumunda soğuk hava depolarında var olan sistemlerin kapasite açısından yeter- siz kalması, sistemlerin pahalı sistemler olması ve merkezi soğuk oda otomasyonuna bağlanamaması ayrıca merkezi olarak izle- nememesi gibi sorunlar bulunmaktadır.
Cooling and humidification systems used today operate by directly spraying water especially to air or ground or by passing the air through an aqueous medium by means of a fan. In addition to those, also centrifugal type humidifiers are used.
In high-pressure humidification systems placed in front of the evaporator, problems occur such as deterioration of the qu- ality of products due to the water droplets falling on them, continuing water dripping from the nozzles after the system is turned off, separation at the connection points as a result of freezing at the water pipes due to low temperature.
In case the centrifugal-type humidifiers are used, there are problems such as insufficient capacity of the existing systems in cold storages, the systems to be expensive and cannot be connected to central cold room automation, and they cannot be monitored centrally.
Yeni geliştirdiğimiz bu ürün, nemlendirilecek ortamda bulunan iç ünite ve nemlendirme cihazı dış ünitesinden oluşmaktadır. Dış ünite suyu yükse k basınç pompasında (50-100 bar) basınçlandı- rılarak iç üniteye göndermektedir.
Buradaki nozül kolektöründe parçalanan su (milyarlarca 5-15 mik- ron boyutlarında zerrecikler halinde) soğuk sis haline gelir, damla tutucudan geçerek fanlar vasıtasıyla emilmekte, %98’e kadar nem oranına sahip ancak su damlacığı içermeyen bir halde is- tenen ortama iletilmektedir. Dış ünitedeki elektronik panel, or- tamdaki nem sensörü, iç ünite nem kontrol paneli sayesinde fan-rezistans-pompa-elektrik motoru gibi ekipmanları bir ya- zılım eşliğinde kontrol etmektedir. Dış üniteye birden fazla iç ünite bağlanmasıyla büyük soğuk depolar
bağımsız olarak merkezi bir biçimde kontrol edilebilmektedir.
Özellikle çoklu depo sistemleri için geliştirilen bu sistem merkezi bir kontrol paneli ile soğuk depolar için geliştirilmiş özel bir yazılım vasıtasıyla her soğuk depoyu birbirinden bağımsız olarak kontrol edebilmektedir.
This newly developed product consist of the indoor unit in the environment to be humidified and the humidifier device outdo- or unit. Outdoor unit water is pressurized (50-100 bars) in the high pressure water pump and sent to the indoor unit.
The water shattered (in billions of 5-15 micron particles) at the nozzle manifold becomes cool fog, passes through the drop holder and sucked by means of the fans and is transmitted to the desired environment in a state with up to 98% moisture but free of water droplets. It controls the equipment such as fan- heater-pump-electric motor by means of the electronic board
on the outdoor unit, ambient humidity sensor, indoor unit humidity control panel together with a softwa-
re. Large cold storages can be controlled centrally and independently by connecting multiple in-
door units to the outdoor unit.
This system developed especi- ally for multi-storage systems
can control with a central control panel, each cold storage independent from each other by means of a software custom-developed for cold storages.
Ana hat bağlantıları yüksek basınç hortumları kullanılmaktadır. Sis- leme hattı, Nozüller, bağlantı parçaları, nozül gövdelerinin her biri paslanmazdır. Timfog soğuk oda sistemlerinde pres bağlantı ele- manları kullanılmaktadır. 316 paslanmaz çelik malzemeden üretil- miş bulunan pres bağlantılar güvenilir uzun ömürlü bağlantı ola- nağı vermesinin yanında aşırı soğuk sıcak dalgalanmalarında boru ağında bağlantı noktalarından ayrılma olasılığını ortadan kaldırır.
İç Ünite dış ünite arasındaki bağlantılar 200 bara kadar dayanıklı hidrolik hortumlarla sağlanmaktadır. Bağlantı son derece kolay rekorlu bağlantı olup, her iç ünite bağımsız olarak istenildiğinde bağlantısı sökülerek diğer bir depo için kullanılabilir.
Timfog Soğuk Oda Evaporatif İklimlendirme sistemleri, Timfog mühendislerinin geliştirdiği teknikle elde edilen nemin bol hava yardımı ile soğuk oda içerisinde yayılmasını sağlar. Kullanılan özel rezistanslı kablolar, boruların ve nozüllerin içerisindeki suyun don- masını önler. Oda içine yerleştirilecek cihaz kapasiteleri, soğuk oda büyüklüğüne ve ürün cinsine göre projelendirilip kullanıma hazır, paket ürünler olarak tasarlanmaktadır.
High-pressure hoses are used as main line connections. Each of the fog- ging line, nozzles, fittings and nozzle bodies are made of stainless steel.
Press fittings are used in Timfog cold storage systems. Press fittings made of 316 stainless steel, enable reliable and long-lasting connections and also eliminates the possibility of separation from connection points at the pipe network during extreme (cold-hot) temperature fluctuations.
The connections between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are pro- vided with hydraulic hoses resistant up to 200 bars. Connection is a bus- hed coupling which is extremely easy to use, and if desired, by removing its connection, each indoor unit can be used independently for another storage.
Timfog cold storage Evaporative Air Conditioning systems enable the moisture obtained with the technique developed by timfog engineers to be spread in the cold storage by abundant air. Cables with special resistance, prevent the water in the pipes and nozzles from freezing. The capacity of the device to be placed in the storage are projected based on the size of the cold storage and the type of the product and designed as ready to use packed products.

Ana üniteler 4 kısımdan oluşmaktadır:

4. Oda sayısına göre ayarlanmış kollektör grubu
Projeye bağlı olarak tespit edilen sisleme kapasitesine göre ana üniteler tasarlanarak üretilmektedir. Projenin büyüklüğüne göre 1.3 lt’den 135 lt’ye kadar kapasitelerde seçim imkanı bulunmaktadır.
Soğuk Oda Kontrol Panelleri
Çok odalı soğuk hava depolarında her bir odanın ayrı nem de- ğerlerinde tutulabilmesi timfog soğuk oda iç ünite kontrol oto- masyon sistemi ile mümkündür.
Tek bir ana üniteden elde edilen nem, odaların girişinde bulunan kontrol paneli ve ona bağlı kollektör üzerinde bulunan yüksek basınç selenoid vanalar yardımı ile odalara istenilen nem değer- lerini oluşturmak için dağıtılır. Oda içindeki nem sensörüne bağlı olarak nemlendirme otomasyonu çalışır.
Main units consist of four parts:
1) Pump unit
2) Filter and water group 3) Electricity Board
4) Collector group arranged based on the number of rooms
Main units are designed and manufactured according to the fogging capacity determined based on the project. Depending on the size of the project, capacity choices from 1.3 liters up to 135 liters are available.
Cold Storage Control Panels
In multi-room cold storages, keeping each room at different moistu- re level is possible with timfog cold storage indoor unit automation system.
Moisture obtained from a single main unit, is distributed by means of the control panel at the entrances of the rooms and the high- pressure solenoid valves on the collector connected to the panel, in order to create the desired humidity. Humidification automation operates based on the humidity sensor in the room.
