I firmly believe that we will work together to take our journal much better and fruitful level. I hope you enjoy our journal's new web page.

I would like to express my gratitude to Prof. Dr. Thomas F Lüscher for his contribution to this issue as a 20th-anniversary gift, he has honored the journal with an excellent View Point: ‘Classification of Heart

‘A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials investigating tirofiban combined with conventional drugs by intracoronary administration for no-reflow prevention’ by Zeng et al. from China will be a good contribution to this issue.

‘Sex difference in clinical outcomes of Chinese patients with atrial fibrillation and coronary stenting according to age’ by Zheng et al. from China is making clear the differences between men and women in terms of ongoing debate recently.

Sahutoğlu et al. from Turkey studied the role of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) in patients with persistent chest symptoms after acute PE which is very important.

How did the updated hemodynamic definitions affect the frequency of pulmonary hypertension in patients with systemic sclerosis? This is the question which was answered by Sarı et al. from Turkey. Needs to be looked at.

‘Pulmonary hypertension in patients with sarcoidosis: A single-center experience’ is another manuscript about pulmonary hypertension coming from Turkey by Kaptan Özen et al. Hope to see its contribution to the literature.

Soydan et al. from Turkey continue to add their experiences about radial artery endothelial functions in transradial coronary angiography according to different radial access sites. Key point is the importance of preservation of radial endothelial functions.

And Diagnostic puzzle, more case reports, letters and e-page originals, I hope this issue of our journal will be interest to our readers.
