補充維生素C對游泳耐力訓練運動員血乳酸之影響

Abstract

本研究主要探討台北體育學院游泳專長同學,在比賽前高強度的游泳耐力訓練,每天受試者補充 內含500mg維生素C的水果,補充三個星期,來分析受試者血液中乳酸(LA)的變化。以未補充 訓練前與未補充訓練後的影響,未補充訓練前的乳酸達4.84±0.58mmol/L,未補充訓練後達 8.17±1.18m mol/L,達顯著差異水準(P<0.05(上标 *)),且超過 6mmol/L的水平,介於 7-9mmol/L,證明本訓練有利於有氧耐力的提高。未補充訓練前與補充後訓練前的影響,未補 充訓練前的乳酸達4.84±0.58mmol/L,補充後訓練前達 5.17±0.655mmol/L,達顯著差異 水準(P<0.05(上标 *)),可見補充維生素C,對降低運動員的疲勞有幫助。補充後訓練前與補 充 後 訓 練 後 的 影 響 , 補 充 後 訓 練 前 的 乳 酸 達 5.17±0.655mmol/L , 補 充 後 訓 練 後 達 7.98±1.67mmol/L,達顯著差異水準(P<0.05(上标 *)),證明補充維生素C,有利於有氧耐 力的提高。未補充訓練後與補充後訓練後的影響,未補充訓練後的乳酸達8.17±1.18mmol/L, 補充後訓練後達7.98±1.67mmol/L,未達顯著水準,但略有下降,對減輕疲勞,有些微幫助。 經過三個星期的動態休息,受試者恢復強度較低的游泳耐力訓練,同樣每天給受試者補充內含 500mg維生素C的蜜奧橘片補充劑,補充三個星期,與補充水果之維生素C的方法一樣,來分析 受試者血乳酸(LA)的變化,結果類似,證明補充維生素C有利於有氧耐力的提高,對降低運動員 的疲勞也有幫助。
