馬總統除夕訪視雙和醫院，慰問值班醫護人員 今年除夕（2 月 9 日）下午，馬英九總統特地前往雙和醫院訪 視，慰問辛勞值班的醫護人員。馬總統指出，雙和醫院是由臺 北醫學大學團隊以 BOT 案所興建、經營，數年來獲得許多國內 外評鑑與品質認證的肯定，雖然目前仍為區域醫院，但提供的 品質卻不亞於醫學中心。 行程滿檔的馬總統特別選在除夕下午訪視雙和醫院，受到院內醫護人員的熱情歡 迎，搶著與馬總統握手、合照，馬總統並發放紅包給在除夕仍堅守崗位的醫護人 員，對於大家犧牲假期，持續提供患者優質醫療照護的用心表達感謝之意。【圖： 在朱立倫市長的陪同下，馬總統受到院內醫護人員的熱情歡迎】 馬總統表示，近年來醫界面臨內、外、婦、兒、急診 5 大科「五大皆空」的人才荒 問題，在衛生署邱文達署長的努力下，透過提高診察費、住院醫師待遇等措施已獲 得逐步改善。政府也正著手修正《醫療法》第 82 條，期能將醫師責任明確化，避 免造成醫師執業時的恐慌。總統強調，台灣醫療的水準很高、健保制度健全，更應 讓從業人員獲得適當的照顧與尊嚴，未來政府一定會繼續進行相關改革，讓醫護人 員的執業環境更有尊嚴，也更符合人民的期待。（文/雙和醫院）【圖：馬總統發 放除夕紅包予吳志雄院長（左圖），並感謝大家犧牲假期堅守崗位（右圖）】
