雙和醫院聖誕溫馨月與冬季養身講座 雙和醫院於 12 月 25 日舉辦多項活動迎接聖誕節，讓醫院充滿濃濃的聖誕氣氛。同 時舉辦為期 2 天的冬季養生活動，以提供民眾正確的保健訊息，吸引不少民眾參與 並同樂。 林家瑋副院長與張丞圭副院長特於聖誕節當 天扮演聖誕老公公，到小兒科病房分發氣球。 小朋友們看到聖誕老公公相當開心，讓即使因 病痛而住院的小朋友們，也能暫時忘了病痛。 中和基督之家為傳遞聖誕精神，特別蒞院至護 理之家唱聖歌給長者們聽；創意蘋果幼兒園的 小朋友與中和國小彩虹志工團隊，也帶來活潑 的表演。大廳並舉辦跳蚤市場，愛心義賣總所 得全數納入本院社工基金，幫助有需要的病人。【右圖：林家瑋副院長（右）與張 丞圭副院長（左）扮演聖誕老公公至小兒科病房發氣球】 健康講座由張維浚營養師針對民眾最關心的冬令進補進行解釋，他提醒民眾，現在 大家全年的飲食都已很足夠，不需於冬季特別進補，反而要均衡攝取六大類食物。 【圖：中和基督之家至護理之家唱聖歌（左圖），學生們帶來精彩的音樂表演（右 圖）】 此外，因應冬季氣候乾燥，皮膚科李婉若主任 及曾德朋醫師、王逸豪醫師也提醒民眾如何因 應冬季調整肌膚。另由心臟內科李欣儒醫師講 解冬季常見的心臟疾病，以及天冷時應注意的 事項。【圖：民眾熱烈參加健康講座，圖無心 臟內科李欣儒醫師（中立者）主講現況】 （文/雙和醫院）
