雙和醫院引進雲端醫療，即時掌握病況變化 對於急診和加護病房的病人而言，多延誤一秒，就多一分危險。雙和醫 院今年 6 月引進尖端的醫療雲端系統，不但可以傳輸靜態的生理數據， 連動態的心電圖，都可藉由雲端科技，隨時傳送到主治醫師的平板電 腦，讓醫師得以掌握病人最新的病情變化，提高醫療品質。 雙和醫院最近採購上百台平板電腦（iPad mini），並安 裝新開發的 i-do-viewer 雲端醫療軟體，首批設備先發放 給急診及加護病房的主治醫師使用。以往主治醫師會在 巡房時，了解病人的病情，其餘時間即由護理人員監測 及記錄病人的生理變化，一旦有緊急狀況再通知醫師處 理。當主治醫師想了解病人當下的病況時，需打電話向 護理人員詢問，有了雲端醫療系統後，大幅縮短了醫師 與病人之間的距離。 雙和醫院心臟內科主治醫師郝文瑞舉例，當急診收治一 名心臟病人時，會希望心臟內科專科醫師協助診斷，此 時即可傳送病人的心電圖，讓醫師可以即刻經由平板電腦的資訊，研判病人是否為 心肌梗塞或心律不整，有助後續處置的進行，提高預後。 雙和醫院資訊室陸偉輝主任解釋，經由這一套系統，病人的血壓、呼吸數、血氧濃 度、心跳等生理數據，以及動態心電圖都可經由網路直接傳到醫師手上的平板電 腦，如果病人的數據異常，還會主動發出警告訊號，以提醒醫師。這套系統不但可 讓醫師隨時掌握病人的狀況，也可連上醫院的病歷資料庫，讓醫院朝向行動醫療的 目標。（文/雙和醫院）【圖：醫生可透過平板電腦取得病人相關資訊進行研判並 可為患者說明病情】
