補充抗氧化維生素C及E對慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者體內抗氧化狀態的影響 劉麗娟1劉佩姎1蘇義仁2黃士懿1 台北醫學大學 保健營養學研究所1 亞東紀念醫院 胸腔內科2 本研究的目的在探討氧化壓力與COPD的關係,並了解此類病患體內的抗氧化 狀況及研究補充抗氧化維生素C及E後對體內抗氧化狀態的影響。受試者為 42 個 男性的慢性阻塞性肺疾病門診患者,以一秒量(FEV1)< 70%及一秒率(FEV1/FVC) < 75%為收案的依據。實驗採隨機平行雙盲的方式,將其分為四組,分別補充維生 素E (400 IU/day)、維生素C (500 mg/day)、維生素C+E及安慰劑,為期 13 週,取 前後禁食血液測其生化值並進行下列三項氧化狀態試驗:低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化 延遲時間 (Lag time)、脂質過氧化情形(TBAR)及總捕捉自由基的能力(TRAPc), 並比較補充前後抗氧化狀態影響。結果顯示補充維生素C或/和E均可延長低密度脂 蛋白氧化延遲時間,但不具統計差異。補充維生素的組別其TBARs值皆低於投與 前,似乎補充維生素C或/和E具有降低COPD病患血液中的脂質過氧化產物MDA 的能力,亦不具統計上顯著的差異。在補充維生素後各組TRAPc值皆有上升的趨 勢,但組間並無顯著差異。
