青春痘疤痕 青春痘,可說是年青朋友臉部最常見惱人的問題;過多的青春痘會影響外觀造成心 理壓力及困擾。 嚴重的青春痘,在病癒後往往會留下一些痕跡;痘痘的痕跡可能有血管擴張、色素 沉著、凹疤或是蟹足腫等疤痕。發炎或化膿的青春痘若處理不當,組織破壞得太厲害, 很容易留下滿臉紅斑;這些是皮膚受傷後產生表皮萎縮和血管擴張。皮膚下的微血管看 起來會很明顯,遇到悶熱或運動流汗,容易因充血變成熱熱紅紅的。輕微的紅斑可以在 六個月到一年自然消失;也可以由醫師處方,使用果酸或維生素A 酸產品,或接受果 酸換膚,可以加厚表皮和真皮層結構,加速淡化紅斑。一些恆久不退的紅斑,目前最好 的辦法是使用染料雷射;染料雷射是針對血管病灶,很早就應用在治療血管瘤和紅色 胎記。紅斑的血管擴張,經過雷射光照後會凝結收縮,通常做一到兩次就有明顯效果。 雖然現在醫療技術十分發達,但是面對滿臉的豆花及豆渣,不僅病患難過,醫生也 常感到頭痛不已;因為要撫平青春痘的痕跡是要花費相當的時間和金錢的。紅斑的痕跡 還好處理,如果是滿臉月球表面似的坑坑洞洞,這種凹痕目前就只能以磨皮治療,處 理起來更是血肉糢糊、相當慘烈。所以與其留下滿臉的痘疤才胡亂投醫,不如平時注重 飲食和臉部清潔,並輔以適當保養品或藥物,才是最聰明的方法。 [ 發表醫師 ] :護理指導 醫師(皮膚科) [ 發布日期 ] :2005/9/26
