2021 英國泰晤士高等教育(THE)影響力排名,北醫大入榜全球前 300 大

英國泰晤士高等教育(Times Higher Education, THE)於 2021 年 4 月 21 日發表最新 影響力排名(THE Impact Rankings 2021),臺北醫學大學名列全球 201~300 名, 較去年 301~400,前進一個排名區間,表現亮眼。

THE 影響力排名於 2019 年首度問世,使用聯合國 17 個永續發展目標(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs),針對研究(Research)、教學(Teaching)、合作 (Outreach)與管理(Stewardship)等 4 大面向,衡量高等教育機構對全球永續發展 之整體貢獻。

2021 年影響力排名中,北醫大於「SDG3:健康與福祉」(Good Health and Well-being),名列全球第 37 名;「SDG9:工業、創新基礎建設」(Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure)及「SDG4:教育」(Quality Education)皆位居全球 101~200 排名區間。【上圖:北醫大(左圖)在聯合國永續發展目標中「健康與福祉」名列全 球第 37 名(右圖)】 北醫大秉持培育兼具人文關懷、社會服務熱忱及國際觀的醫事專業人才的教育理念, 至今已培育逾 4 萬名校友,分布於世界各國,服務社會;另鼓勵教師從事應用研究, 發展癌症轉譯及生技製藥領域之前沿技術開發,鏈結學術研究與產業合作,讓學校整 體研究量能蓬勃發展。【下圖:北醫大進入 THE 世界大學影響力排名前 300 大】 (文/國際事務處)
