EĞİTİM SÜRECİ ve SUÇ OLGUSU - Beşiktaş, Sarıyer ve Şişli Örnekleri Volkan Yücel1_{, Ayhan Erbay}2_{, Ziya Toprak}3 ÖZET

Araştırma, suç türleri, suç saatleri, cinsiyet, yaş ve eğitim seviyesi açısından 12-18 yaşları arası suç işlemişlerin HSK izniyle, kapalı veya faal çocuk mahkemeleri dosyalarındaki iddianamelerin incelenmesiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma alanı İstanbul Beşiktaş, Sarıyer ve Şişli mahalleleriyle sınırlıdır. İlişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılarak ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerine ait bazı özellikler ve değişkenler kullanılmıştır. Suçlu gençlerin asıl tetikleyicisi cinsiyet ve suç türü gibi değişkenlerdir.

EDUCATIONAL PROCESS and CRIME CASE - The Cases of Besiktas, Sariyer and Sisli

SUMMARY

The research was carried out by examining the indictments in closed or active juvenile courts files of those who committed crimes between the ages of 12-18 in terms of crime types, crime hours, gender, age and education level, with the permission obtained from the HSK. The study area is limited to the Istanbul Besiktas, Sariyer and Sisli neighborhoods. Some characteristics and variables belonging to middle school and high school students were used by using the relational scanning model. The main triggers of criminal youth are variables such as gender and crime type.
