雙和醫院獲績優醫療院所表揚,4 大癌篩項目勇奪兩項榜首 雙和醫院獲「新北市 106 年癌症篩檢績優醫療院所」的肯定,在 2017 年 4 大癌篩項目,勇奪口腔癌癌篩檢量與乳癌篩檢進步獎第 1 名、大腸癌篩檢進步獎第 3 名,新北市長朱立倫於 2018 年 3 月 21 日親頒獎座,由雙和醫院吳麥斯院長代表受獎。 根據資料顯示,癌症已連續好幾年躍升為 國人死因第 1 位,每年有超過 10,000 人死 於乳癌、子宮頸癌、大腸癌與口腔癌。衛 生福利部國民健康署推動大腸癌、乳癌、 口腔癌和子宮頸癌的篩檢,篩檢可以早期 發現癌症或癌前病變,經治療後可以降低 死亡率外,還可以阻斷癌前病變進展為癌 症。 雙和醫院自 2010 年起,打造健康巴士、主動接近民眾、服務偏遠鄉區民眾,進入 社區提供篩檢服務,於 2017 年服務新北市 29 個行政區,乳房攝影人次為 21,291 人 次,子宮頸抹片為 14,651 人次,口腔篩檢人次為 7,539 人次,糞便潛血人次為 7,528 人次,總計 49,938 人次。 【左圖:新北市長朱立倫(左)頒發獎座予雙和醫院,由吳麥斯院長(右)代表受 獎】 癌症篩檢從預防醫學三段五級的角度來看,是屬於次級預防階段,主要是運用適當 的篩檢工具,早期診斷進而早期治療,以降低疾病發生及死亡率。初級預防工作的 完全落實,不僅能使篩檢達到最大成效,能使國人健康狀況良好,更能導向醫院走 向健康促進醫院。未來也期盼在基礎教育上可加強國人衛生教育觀念,進而改變健 康行為。(文/雙和醫院) 【下圖:新北市長朱立倫(左 5)與各績優醫療院所代表舉杯同慶】
