With this letter I have the pleasure to introduce to you a very close and dear friend of mine,Hr.Kasim Gdlek, General Secretary of the people’s party which is in opposition in our parliament since five years.
It is very probable that when you were in Istanbul you have met him since he w a s ,then,either a Minister or a Deputy.
Kr.Kasim Giilek who has completed his education in England and in America is highly appreciated and loved in our country. He is now on his trip back from the States and he will be in London shortly. yr.Kasim Giilek has stayed in the States for six weeks during which time he met many political persons and gave several conferences.
I would be very grateful if you could see him during his stay in London and bring him in contact with the
political circles and persons whom you think will be interesting for him to meet.
