雙和醫院舉辦「我愛爸爸──護心肝」健康活動 近年來，心血管及肝臟疾病一直高居臺灣男性的兩大健康殺手。雙和醫院關心爸爸 們的健康，特於 2016 年 8 月 6 日上午舉辦「我愛爸爸──護心肝」健康篩檢活 動，提供民眾免費的健康篩檢，並有專業醫師現場開講，傳授民眾心血管疾病與肝 病的防治之道，吸引數百位民眾參加。 根據衛生福利部公布的男性 10 大死因，癌症及心血管疾病高居前兩位，其中，肝 癌更名列男性 10 大癌症死因前兩名。肝臟是沉默的器官，通常出現疼痛等不適症 狀時，大多已是晚期。此外，心血管疾病亦隨著國人生活與飲食習慣的改變，發生 率不斷攀升，發病年齡層也逐漸下探。雙和醫院多年來不斷推廣疾病預防與篩檢的 觀念，希望能守護民眾健康，制病機先，因此今年父親節，院方特別針對男性朋友 最常見的肝病與心血管疾病規劃盛大的健康篩檢與義診活動，相信健康的身體，就 是給所有爸爸們最棒的父親節禮物。【圖：雙和醫院的父親節慶祝活動中安排肝癌 檢測服務（左圖），及心臟內科林中行醫師解說心血管疾病的預防之道（左圖）】 在有氧老師活力充沛的帶動下，雙和醫院「我愛爸爸──護心 肝」活動熱鬧開場，許多民眾聚集在第一醫療大樓 1 樓大廳， 跟著音樂的節奏伸展四肢、扭腰擺臀來甩掉肥肉。大廳同時也 設置了各項免費的健康檢查活動，如肝癌篩檢、動脈硬化及體 脂肪、骨質密度等健康檢測，現場還安排心臟內科醫師提供健 康諮詢，期望參加民眾們能從中了解自我健康，度過健康愉快的父親節。【左圖： 有氧老師帶領大家一起運動甩肉】【下圖：動脈硬化檢測可提早預警心血管疾病】 （文/雙和醫院）
