7. SONUÇ VE ÖNERİLER

Özofagus atrezisinde torakotomi ve torakoskopi ile primer onarımın uzun dönem sonuçlarının karşılaştırıldığı bu çalışmada en önemli morbidite nedeni torakotomi sonrası gelişen göğüs deformiteleri olarak saptanmıştır.

Primer onarıma elverişli hastaları torakotominin getirdiği bu ve diğer komorbid durumlardan uzak tutmak için deneyimli ekibe sahip donanımlı merkezlerde ilk seçenek torakoskopik primer onarım olmalıdır.
