THE IMPORTANCE OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACH IN MUSIC AND MANAGEMENT RELATIONS The study of the historical formation and development of music management is important in terms of its past and

present activities, as well as theoretical and practical experience, as well as teaching and scientific study, and is included in the agenda of musicology. The historical experience of management in the field of culture and art, its national, regional, international achievements, and prospects are some of the main factors that necessitate and

actualize the scientific approach of musicology to management. On the other hand, the direct relationship of art management, cultural management, festival management, concert management, tourism management with the art of music makes music management the object of study not only in economics, general management, culturology but also in musicology. One of the most important scientific issues in the study of this object is the history of music management, the historical features of its development. Because music management, which is directly related to the different political, economic and social management of different historical periods, separate and different systems of political and economic relations - management of music culture, art and education also has historical-stage specifics, specific stage features. . Management and all related topics, problems and issues are always relevant from a scientific point of view. The scientific relevance of management is based on its place, activity, application, and necessity in all spheres of society. On the other hand, scientific relevance is conditioned by the constant high demand for management, its research, theoretical and practical experience, professional management staff. Effective practical results and perspectives of the scientific study of management highlight its relevance in the spheres of culture and art. In addition, it requires professional knowledge and interests. For example, one of the real issues in this relationship is the concept of "music management". In this area, the manager needs to have some knowledge and information about art in general and its social functions, especially music, classical music, professional performance, music psychology, music sociology, artistic and aesthetic needs, music genres, aesthetic and psychological issues of music perception. The complex of events covering various areas of music performance and music culture, which are constantly present in the musical life of Azerbaijan, includes concerts, festivals, competitions, conferences, meetings, cultural events, cultural and art projects. These events, which are an integral part of music life and culture, can be managed, organized, coordinated, financially, and informationally supported through specialized management activities. This activity is carried out in Azerbaijan by the Ministry of Culture, its local offices, cultural, art, and concert institutions, music groups, and all their specialized staff, along with relevant NGOs, foundations, and companies.

“SAĞLIK İÇİN, DESTEK İÇİN, HAREKET EDİN” DANS FLASH MOB ETKİNLİĞİ VE KATILIMCILAR ÜZERİNDEKİ PSİKOSOSYAL ETKİLERİ

“Sağlık İçin, Destek İçin Hareket Edin” dans flashmob etkinliği, TORK Dans Topluluğu ve Neo-Life Tıp Merkezi ortaklığıyla hazırlanan, Kasım 2015’de başlayan ve 9 Nisan 2016 tarihinde İstanbul’da bulunan İstinye Park Alışveriş Merkezi’nde seyirciyle paylaşılan, bir toplumsal farkındalık projesidir.

Ana çalışma grubu olarak seçilen, kanser tedavisi görmüş ve tedavi sürecinde olan 9 kişilik hasta grubuyla hazırlanan proje, kanser hastalığının psikososyal boyutuna dikkat çekerek, toplumsal farkındalık yaratmak amacı gütmekte, kanser hastası bireylere nasıl davranılması gerektiği konusunda toplum bilinci yaratmayı amaç edinmektedir.

Dans flashmob etkinliğinin sunumu anında, izleyiciler arasından yaklaşık 150 gönüllü projeye dâhil olmuştur.

Etkinliğin video kayıtlarından kurgulanmış olan video klibi, yurt içi ve yurt dışında sosyal medya kanalları (youtube, facebook vb.) aracılığıyla paylaşılmış, 500 bin kişiyi aşkın izleyiciye ulaşmıştır.

Bu projede dansın toplumsal fonksiyonundan faydalanılırken, flashmob etkinliği aracılığıyla, hedef kitleye ulaşacağı ve pozitif bir katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmüştür.

Bu makalede, “Sağlık İçin, Destek İçin, Hareket Edin” flashmob etkinliğinin tasarım ve uygulama süreci, kullanılan yöntemler, sunumu, ortaya çıkan anlık kitlesel etkileşimi ve gözlemlenen psikososyal etkileri anlatılmıştır. Katılımcıların geri bildirimleri ve bu çok boyutlu psikososyal faydanın topluma aktarılması amaçlanmıştır.

Gözlem ve geri bildirimler ile amacı doğrultusunda tasarlanmış bir flashmob dans etkinliğinin, psikososyal etki ve kitlesel iletişim bakımından etkin bir yöntem olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

“MOVE FOR HEALTH, MOVE FOR SUPPORT” THE FLASH MOB EVENT AND ITS PSYCHO-SOCIAL IMPACTS ON THE PARTICIPANTS

The dance flashmob event called “Move for Health, Move for Support” created in collaboration with TORK Dance Art and Neolife Medical Center, is a public awareness project that started off in November 2015 and met its audience on April 9th, 2016 at Istinye Park Shopping Mall in Istanbul.

The project prepared together with a group of 9 patients appointed as the main working group, draws attention to the psychosocial aspect of cancer and aims to raise social awareness and to create public consciousness on how to treat cancer patients.

On the day the dance flashmob took place, about 150 volunteers got involved in the project to dance as the supporters of the main group. The digital video recordings of the event shared on social media channels (such as youtube, facebook, etc.) have reached more than 500 thousand people throughout and abroad the country.

This project taking advantage of the social function of dance, by means of the flashmob event, anticipates to reach its target audience and to provide for positive contribution.

The article is about the creation and implementation process of the “Move for Health, Move for Support”

flashmob event, the methods used in it, its presentation and the spontaneously emerged mass interaction as well as the observed psychosocial impact. The goal is to share with the community the feedback of the participants and to present them with the multi-dimensional psychosocial value of it.

As a result of observations and feedbacks, it has been concluded that a well-designed and a well-implemented flashmob event serving for social benefits is an effective method in terms of psychosocial impact and of mass interaction.
