Domestic water
temperature sensor error Self-Clearing Error
This warning is given when the domestic hot water temperature sensor is short circuit or open circuit. In this case, central heating operation is done normally.
Domestic water heating operation is performed according to the
central heating flow temperature sensor as described in the domestic water heating operation section. When the domestic water temperature sensor starts to measure normal values, the warning is corrected automatically.
F03
Central heating water flow temperature sensor error
Self-Clearing Error
This error is given when the central heating water flow temperature sensor is short circuit or open circuit.
Central heating and domestic water heating cannot be carried out. When the central heating water flow temperature sensor starts to measure normal values, the warning is corrected automatically.
F04
Central heating water flow temperature sensor error
Self-Clearing
Error This error is given when the central heating water flow temperature sensor is short circuit or open circuit.
Central heating and domestic water heating cannot be carried out. When the central heating water flow temperature sensor starts to measure normal values, the warning is corrected automatically.

Air pressure switch open circuit error
Air pressure switch open circuit error
Self-Clearing Error
Self-Clearing Error
This error is given if the air pressure switch remains open circuit for 25 seconds despite the fan is running. The fan and the pump are controlled as described in the APS open (F06) function. If the air pressure switch contacts are short circuited while the fan is on, the error is cleared automatically.
This error is given if the air pressure switch contacts remain short circuit for 15 seconds despite the fan is not running. If the air pressure switch contacts are open circuited the error is cleared automatically.

F07
Low or high water
pressure error Self-Clearing
Error Water pressure sensor configuration
If the water pressure is <0.4 bar, this error is given.
If the water pressure is ≥ 0.8 bar, this error is cleared automatically.
If the water pressure is> 4.0 bar, this error is given.
If the water pressure is ≤ 3.5 bar, this error is cleared automatically.
Water pressure switch configuration
If the water pressure switch contacts remain open for 3 seconds, this lockout error is given. If the water pressure switch contacts are short circuited the error is cleared automatically.

Error
Code Error Name Error Type Explanation and Corrective Action
Central heating water flow
overheating error Self-Clearing Error
When the temperature of the central heating flow rises above 95° C, this error is given and the device is stopped.
When the temperature of the central heating flow drops below 95° C, the error is corrected automatically and the device starts to work.
F09
Circulation error Self-Clearing
Error If the central heating water flow temperature is 40° C higher than the central heating water return temperatu-re, this error is given. If the central heating water flow temperature is not higher than the central heating water return temperature by 40° C, this error is cleared automatically.
During the heating of the domestic water, this error is not controlled within the first minute after the heating of the domestic water is finished and within the first minute after the device is ignited. If one of the heating water flow or return temperature sensors is defective, this error is not controlled.
In this case, call your nearest COPA authorized service as soon as possible.
F10
Central heating water flow temperature sensor and return temperature sensor are installed reversely error.
Self-Clearing
Error If the central heating water return temperature is 7° C higher than the central heating water flow temperature for 4 minutes, this error is given. If the central heating water return temperature is not higher than the central heating water flow temperature by 7° C, this error is cleared automatically.
This error is not controlled during the heating of domestic water. If one of the heating water flow or return temperature sensors is defective, this error is not controlled.
In this case, call your nearest COPA authorized service as soon as possible.
F11
Flame detection circuit
material failure Self-Clearing
Error This error is given if a signal outside the expected limits from the flame detection circuit is detected for a duration of 15 seconds. If a signal within the expected limits from the flame detection circuit is detected for a duration of 2 seconds this error is cleared automatically.
F12
Surprise flame detection
error Self-Clearing
Error This error is given if the flame signal is detected unexpectedly for 10 seconds even though the gas valve is closed. The device stops working within these 10 seconds. If the unexpected flame signal is corrected, this error is cleared automatically.
F13
Gas valve feedback
lockout error Lockout Error If an error occurs in the gas valve drive or gas valve feedback circuits, this lockout error is given. To clear the error, restart your product by pressing the Reset button.

1.9. Maintenance
In order for your product to operate safely, efficiently and trouble free, we recommend that you have maintenance done at least once a year by authorized COPA services.
2.0. Warnings
The safety valve outlet should be connected to a drain or collecting pipe to prevent water from spilling on the floor in case of overpressure in the heating circuit. Otherwise, if the room is flooded as a result of opening the safety valve, COPA cannot be held responsible for this case. Before making the connection, make sure that the device is set to work with the current fuel type and carefully clean all the pipes of the installation.
