8) SONUÇ VE ÖNERİLER

PNL günümüzde tüm dünyada böbrek taşı cerrahisinde güvenle kullanılan bir yöntem halini almıştır. Çalışmamızda; artan taş boyutunun, staghorn taş varlığının, multipl kalikste taş varlığının ve hidronefrozu belirgin sistemlerin operasyon sürelerini istaktiksel açıdan anlamlı oranda arttığı görüldü. Hidronefrotik sistemlerde PNL’nin taşssızlık oranlarında azalmaya neden olduğu, geçirilmiş cerrahi öykünün komplikasyon oranlarında artmaya neden olduğu görüldü. Ayrıca operasyon süresiyle skopi süresinin doğru orantılı olduğu görüldü. Bu çalışmamızda, hastaların cerrahi sonrası karşılabilecekleri olasılıklar açısından, ameliyat öncesi hastaları bilgilendirmede faydalı olabileceğini düşünmekteyiz.

Çalışmamızın sonuçları PNL’de uzun operasyon süresinin komplikasyon oranıyla doğru orantılı olmadığını göstermiştir. Ancak skopi süresi arttıkça operasyon süresinin de arttığı anlaşılmıştır. Bu nedenle genel prensiplere dikkat ederek, mümkün olan en kısa sürede operasyonu bitirmek ve radyasyonun risklerinden dolayı gerekli tedbirleri almak kaydıyla, PNL tüm yaş grubu hastalarda böbrek taşı tedavisinde etkili, güvenilir ve minimal invaziv bir tedavi yöntemidir.
