REWORKING INSTRUCTIONS

eSwab®

FSN-2021-001 Ref. FSCA-2021-001

All eSwab® lots with an expiry date previous than or equal to 12/2022 shall be reworked following the below-listed steps:

1) Check that the code is included in the list of the goods to be reworked

2) Cut the adhesive tape of every single cardboard box, starting from the sides and lifting the upper part, as shown in the image. Do not cut in depth, as the VIPAK pouches inside the carton must stay INTACT.

3) Open the carton sides

4) Add 10 “WARNING” sheets, one per every VIPAK pouch

5) Close back the carton with adhesive tape
