ABSTRACT
satisfaction and corporate loyalty. The research includes 1556 administrative staff who work Questionnaire and corporate loyalty Questionnaire developed by Allen and Meyyer (1991).
Corporate loyalty levels of emotional commitment factor is determined significant impact on job satisfaction (P<0,000).
Results of multiple regression analysis; emotional commitments are the most important independent variables which is affecting job satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction and there is a significant and positive relationship between the size of this variable. There is no significant effect on job satisfaction and continued loyalty.
