Abstract:The aim of this study is to corporate reputation, job satisfaction and organizational concept of identification is to determine their relationship with each other. The sample of the study consists of academic and administrative staff in the university in the East Anatolia Region. The study contains both literature review and field research towards academic and administrative staff among in group, 883 samples have been chosen randomly and the analysis have been made on them. On the acquired data of the study trough frequency distributions, regression and corelation analysis have been applied. In the consequence of the research, some findings supporting the suggested hypothesis have been acquired. In this context, positive linear releationship have beeen obtained between perception of corporate reputation and job satisfaction/ organizational identification.
