Biography Dr. Umut Akçıl

He was born Nicosia in 1983. He completed primary and secondary education in Nicosia.

Automation Systems section to begin university studies at the University of the Mediterranean was recorded. He graduated from BA and MA in Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Near East University. He graduated from PhD. Education Managment, Planing, Economy and Control at Near East Univeristy.

Also, he is members of the civil society organizations. Since 2008 he is working as a teaching staff in Near East University.
