Gluteal and Genital Lesions with İntense Pruritus
Şiddetli Kaşıntılı Gluteal ve Genital Lezyonlar

A 50-year-old woman complained of pruritic lesions found on her gluteus and genitalia which appeared one week ago, during her holiday in the Mediterranean re- gion. Itching was severe especially at night hours.
Dermatologic examination revealed linear erythema- tous lesions with a serpiginous pattern on the gluteus
and a yellowish delicate tract on the left labium minus advancing to introitus (Figure 1,2). The rest of the body and limbs were free of any lesions.
Past medical history and familial history were unre- markable. There was no significant finding in reviewing her systemic symptoms. She did not recall any injury.
