In our batteries, aluminium, epoxy coated aluminium or copper lamellas are used with the smooth or corrugated surfaces. The lamella thicknesses are varying from 0.12 mm to 0.20 mm depending on the needs.
Copper tubes are used with the diameters of 3/8", 1/2", 5/8". The batteries are bloated as mechanically after the fin line up process by the adjustable automatic machines, in order to provide a complete contact between and due to this process the heat transfer reaches its maximum level.

In the steam batteries, the tube thickness is as 0.7 mm or 1 mm to be endurable to high levels of pressures. Copper tubes are used in steam battery collectors and in steel tubes are used in hot / cold water battery collectors. Depending on the request , the collector can be made of stainless steel tube as well. Steel fittings are used in the collectors as the standard and depending on the request, brass fittings could be used.
Drains and vents are used in all our products in order to discharged the air and water.
While tube and line number are determined, capacity of customer's need and pressure drop are considered. The most suitable cycling is chosen by comparing the pressure drop and the capacity values.
Unless otherwise stated, the batteries are tested under the pressure of 20 bars in a pool, filled with water of 40-45°C temperature. After this test, the products are washed as externally and dried.

Bataryalarda yüzeyleri düz ya da dalgal› olarak alüminyum, epoksi kapl› alüminyum veya bak›r lameller kullan›l›r. Lamel kal›nl›klar›, ihtiyaca göre 0.12 mm'den 0.20 mm'ye kadar de¤iflebilir.
Çaplar› 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" olan bak›r borular kullan›l›r. Bataryalar fin dizme ifllemi sonras›nda, tam temas› sa¤layacak flekilde ayarlanan otomatik makinelerde mekanik olarak fliflirilir ve bu sayede ›s› transferi maksimum seviyeye ç›kar›l›r.

Buhar bataryalar›nda, 0.7 mm ve 1 mm gibi yüksek bas›nçlara dayan›ml› kal›n etli boru kullan›lmaktad›r. Buhar bataryalar›n›n kolektörlerinde bak›r, s›cak ve so¤uk su batarylar›n›n kolektörlerinde ise çelik boru kullan›l›r. Talep edilmesi durumunda kollektör borusu paslanmaz çelikten yap›labilir.
Kollektörlerde standart olarak çelik rakorlar kullan›lmaktad›r, talep edilmesi durumunda pirinç rakor kullan›lmaktad›r. Tüm ürünlerde hava ve su tahliyesi için pürjör ve manflon kullan›lmaktad›r.
Boru ve s›ra say›s› müflterinin ihtiyac› olan kapasite de¤eri ve bas›nç kayb› göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenir.
En uygun devreleme flekli, bas›nç kayb› ve kapasite de¤erleri karfl›laflt›r›larak seçilir.
Aksi belirtilmedikçe bataryalar montaj sonras›nda 20 bar bas›nç ile 40-45°C s›cakl›ktaki su ile dolu havuzda test edilirler. Test sonras› ürünlerin d›fl y›kamas› yap›l›r ve kurutulur.

KNK air-conditioner condensers and evaporators are produced with any dimensions and capacities required, according to the needs of our customers. The production is realized with same capacity and dimensions, due to the picture, sample or the data sent by the customer. The calculations of capacities and dimensions for the products are carried out sensitively by the use of our special software program.
For the batteries with 3/8" pipe, 25x12.5mm, 25x21.65mm or 31.75x27.5mm fin dies are used; for the batteries with 1/2" pipe, 31.75x27.5mm or 40x34.64mm fin dies are used; for the batteries with 5/8" pipe, 40x34.64 mm fin die is used.
Depending on the needs, for the specified dies, the diamond formed production can be implemented.
All of the condenser and evaporator batteries are tested by a 35 bar pressure and they are all delivered with 3 bars nitrogen.
Depending on our customers needs, the products are electrostatic powder dyed and RAL 7038 is used as the standard color.
