Dear Colleagues,

I am glad to inform you that, Journal of ETA Maritime Science (JEMS), which is dedicated to publish the highest quality papers on all aspects of maritime studies, has begun its broatcasting life in September of 2012.

JEMS is advised by an Editorial Board of experts from maritime disciplines. The Journal mainta- ins the highest standards by independent referees who peer-review the submissions.

We welcome all papers from the authors wishing to publish results of their research on any kind of maritime subjects.
