Esteemed Readers,

I am very happy to publish the second special issue of the Journal of ETA Maritime Science (JEMS).

This is the second special issue that contains collections of papers on maritime topic which they were presented in V. National Maritime Congres held in Istanbul on 13th of November 2013. Priorly selected papers from the Congres were re-compiled by editors for this issue.
