Türk Müşavir Mühendisler ve Mimarlar Birliği (TürkMMMB) olarak biz, 25 Nisan 1980 tarihinde kurulan ve merkez ofisi Ankara’da olan bir sivil toplum örgütüyüz.
1987 yılında Müşavir Mühendisler Uluslararası Federas- yonu - FIDIC’e ve 2001 yılında Avrupa Müşavir Mühendis- lik Birlikleri Federasyonu - EFCA’ya üye olduk ve her iki organizasyonun da Türkiye’deki tek temsilcisiyiz. Ulus- lararası kabul görmüş tanımıyla ve FIDIC standartlarıyla bağımsız müşavir mühendislik yapan firmaların bir ara- ya geldiği çatı kuruluşu olarak, inşaat sektörünün farklı alanlarında deneyimli 200’e yakın üyeye sahibiz.
NE AMAÇLARIZ?
Müşavir mühendislik ve mimarlık mesleğinin ilerlemesi ve gelişmesi için çalışmayı; toplum içinde anlaşılması ve saygınlığının artması için girişimlerde bulunmayı; Teknik müşavirlik uygulamalarının yaygınlaşmasını; hizmet ta- nımlarının yasa, yönetmelik ve şartnamelerde doğru ve etkin biçimde yer almasının sağlanmasını; Yurt içinde ve yurt dışında iş olanakları yaratılması ve geliştirilmesini;
üyelerimizin tanıtımı için girişimlerde bulunmayı; Teknik müşavirliğin ve kuruluşlarının gelişmesi için diğer sivil mesleki örgütler, kamu ve özel kuruluşlarla işbirliği ve ortak çalışmalar yapmayı amaçlarız.
ETKİNLİKLERİMİZ NELERDİR?
Topluma ve üyelerimize yararlı olacak, ileri teknoloji kul- lanımını sağlayarak projeler geliştirir ve uygularız. Eği- tim ve gelişim amaçlı; konferans, sempozyum, panel, açık oturum, forum, fuar ve sergi gibi etkinlikler düzen- ler; çalışma grupları oluşturarak ilgili konularda incele- meler ve araştırmalar yaparız. Çalışma konuları ile ilgi- li tanıtım dokümanları, bülten, dergi, kitap ve çevirisini yaptığımız yabancı kaynaklı dokümanları yayınlar; ileti- şim olanaklarını kullanırız.
Yurt içi ve yurt dışına teknik inceleme/araştırma gezile- ri düzenler, çalışma konuları ile ilgili toplantılara katılır;
yurtdışında temsilcilikler, şubeler açarız.
Üyelerimizi ve mesleği özendirmek ve tanıtmak için ya-
rışmalar düzenler, belirli zamanlarda en iyi iş, eser ve
yayın için ödüller veririz.
We as Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Ar- chitects (ATCEA), have been founded in April 25, 1980 as an NGO, where our central office is in Ankara.
We became a member of International Federation of Con- sulting Engineers-FIDIC in 1987 and European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations-EFCA in 2001 and we are the only representative body of both organizations in Turkey. We constitute a body uniting firms engaged in the field of independent consulting engineering and have ap- proximately 200 members, experienced in various fields of the construction sector.
WHAT ARE WE AIMING?
To study for the development and improvement of the con- sulting engineering and architecture profession; to work towards improving the understanding and prestige of this profession in the public eye; To work for promotion of tech- nical consultancy practices, description of services properly and effectively in the laws, regulations and specifications;
To work for initiation and development of business opportu- nities at home and abroad and promotion of our members;
To work in cooperation with the other professional NGOs, public and private sector organizations and do cooperation and joint works for the development of technical consul- tancy and organizations,
WHAT IS OUR ACTIVITIES?
Develop and apply projects drive high technology for the benefit of the public and our members. Organize activities like conference, symposium, panel meeting, forum and ex- hibition for training and development, carry out studies and researches on the related subjects through the organized study groups.
Publish promotion documents, bulletins, magazines, books and translated foreign publications and uses communica- tion facilities related with subjects of work. Organize tech- nical, research/study tours at home and abroad, attend meetings related with subjects of work, open agents in other countries.
Organize competitions and give awards at certain times for
the best work, product and publication to encourage and
promote our members and the profession.
