Attorney Sevi Çağdaş Dayıoğlu: Graduated in Law from Ankara University in 2000.

Attending the law school she has participated Arbitration Law Programme and Common Law Lectures of The Research Institute of Banking and Commercial Law. She continued her studies in Germany and in 2004 she had been awarded her LL.M in Civil and Contracts Law from Hamburg University. She wrote her Master Thesis on “General terms and conditions of business’ according to German Civil Code Article 305” and her Ph.D Thesis on the subject of

“Statute of Limitations for Paushal Travel Suits.” Between 2004-2006 she has worked as a specialist law-translator for the Courts of Hamburg. After spending two years working as a civil law assistant for Marmara University, she was admitted to the İstanbul Bar Association in 2011 and to the Nicosia Bar Association in 2012. She has experience in advising and preparing the contractual documentation and she is also experienced in drafting, negotiating and concluding agreements in Turkish, English and German. She handled a wide range of new model contract cases and has successfully represented.
