THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF ORGANIZATION DEPRESSION IN THE EFFECTS ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF SOCIAL CAPITAL

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the mediating effect of organization depression in the effects on organizational commitment of social capital. In this respect, data from the questionnaires applied to 282 workers at automotive supply industry in Konya were evaluated. The scope of the research hypotheses developed in order to test relationships between the variables and these hypotheses have been analyzed using various statistical methods. As a result of the research significant and positive relations were observed between variables organizational commitment, organization depression and social capital. Also, the research determined the full mediating effect of organization depression in the effects on organizational commitment of social capital.
