Abstract

The objective of this project is to develop a program to aid doctors in their

profession and help them in organizing things that are important to them .

This program keeps a database of the patients general and medical information ,

medicines perscribed, appoitments track , searching and finding information about

patients , medicines and appointments depending on predefined criteria.

The program has been made by keeping in mind those doctors who have limited

information about computer usage.

Introduction

This program has designed keeping in mind user familiarity, in its terms,

consistency as much as possible in every stage, thus making it quite user friendly, which

in turn allows it to be easy for advanced users of computers and newbie computer using

doctors alike.

There are 8 menus in this programs main menu, each one dealing individually

with a specific category. Other than there, there are also the help and exit buttons.

Most of the menus in the main menu have common commands such as add, edit,

find, list, delete and report .

The patient record section deals only with the addition of new patients arid their

general I contact information. Listing of all patients, and other functions such as finding

a

specific patient using predefined criteria. It also allows the user to update the

information about any patient if and when necessary, we also have the possibility to

have a quick report of the patients.

The doctor using it also capable of record new appointments and keep track of

them.

For medicine, there is a whole section dealing with them. With options of adding

details of a new medicine, to finding a medicine according to its name or producer.

If the doctor wants to write a prescription for the patient the doctor will just have

to go and fill in the prescription from the main menu.

In case, information is needed on billing it can be found in the accounting section

of the program, where the program automatically calculates the amount of money a

patient has already paid and how much is due.

In the general search section, the doctor can find everything, from accounting

details to patient medical information and appointment schedule all in a more elaborate

form, to anything that is in the program. The user can also use the user search options to

help the doctor in finding more specific information about the other areas in the

program with more combined details-about them.

As standard, the program- also has a help section that provides the user with

information about the developer of the program along with a brief description of the

program. It also has the user help manual that pro'vides·more detailed information of

the program and its usage.

As you must already know from the previous help file pages that the Ara ma section of Hasta Ta kip deals with all the finds and searches within it, with more detail and more elegantly.

The buttons on the Arama Menu take you to specific places within Hasta Takip. The Detailed Explanation of each button is as follows:

The Buttons, as can be seen have been labelled as 1,2,3 ... now on to their individual details:

1. Hasta Arama: This is where you perform a search on the Patient database within Hasta Takip. It gives all the details about any patient selected at that moment, ranging from muyayene details to randevular.

2. Hesap Arama: This is where you can find all the details about any hesap that was ever recorded in the program. the details shown here are far more than the ones that can be seen from the Muhasebe bul.

3. Randevu Arama: This is where you can see the details about a patient (patient code, name, surname, place and date of birth at cetera). the details shown here are specifically shown as not all teh details are needed, since showing all the details will effect memory.

4. llac Arama: here after choosing the right medicine, you can once again, see a rather large amount of information in one space.

'Hasta Takip Programi' is designed to make any doctor's work effortless. it helps in keeping track of almost all the data that is needed.

All the features in Hasta Takip are similar to each other so that user-friendliness is maintained and not much effort and time is needed to be spent while learning how to use Hasta Takip

How To Install Hasta Takip?

To Install Hasta Takip Program, First of all, you have to copy it to your computer, after you have copied it, click on the installation file on the desktop

This is the Installation Package. You have to double-click (using teh Left-Mouse-Button) it. When you do so, you will get an installation screen.

Here you choose the Directory (Place in your computer) where you want to install teh files necessary.

After the Installation is complete. Once again double-click on the newly formed Shortcut. This will lead you to the Main Menu of the Program.

1. Yeni Hasta: When a new patient arrives, you can register her/him by making a file for them, for that, you need to use this option.

2. Hasta Listele: this is a good way to see a list of all the patients that you have seen before. 3. Hasta Guncelle: If some corrections or modifications are needed to be made in a patient's

details, use this option.

4. Ana Menu: This option exits you from the current menu.

5. Hasta Bui: if you need to find more about a certain patient, easily and quickly, then using this option within Hasta Takip, you can easily do that.

6. Hasta Sil: This is the delete feature within Hasta Kayit.

7. Rapor: in order to get a printable version of reports, you can use this option to see, print and read any report related to patients only, if you want.
