臺灣靈芝屬新種樟芝之三 類成分研究

Stueies on Triterpenoids from the new species of Taiwan, Ganoderma co mphoratum Zang et Su

樟芝 (Ganoderma comphoratum Zang et Su) 為 1990 年發表之靈芝新種,化學成份未知

。本實驗以丙酮萃取樟芝子實體 15 克,所得粗萃取物淨重 5 克,佔乾品種 1/3 ,遠大

於一般靈芝之 3?6 % ,深具研究之價值。

將粗萃取物利用色層分析法 (LC , PLC) 分離與再結晶方式純化,以 TLC 和 HPLC 鑑定其

純度,共得結晶 6 種。經由質譜,紅外線光譜紫外線光譜, 1 H-NMR 和 13C-NMR 作結

構測定,知所得結晶皆為氧化三 類,其中三種為 New compound ,分別屬於 TypeⅢ

的 15-hydroxy-3,23-dioxo- 1 lanosta-7 , 9(11)-dien-26-oic acid ,屬 Type I

的 3,11-dioxo-8,23-dien-26-oic acid 與 Ganolucidic acid Type 的 15-hydroxy-3,

11-dioxo-lanosta-8,23-dien-26-oic acid .而屬於 Type I 者,對於以 CC1 的誘發

急性肝炎之小鼠血清中 GPT 值有下降作用。
