Türkiye Teknoloji Geliştirme Vakfının (TTGV) kuruluşunda etkin rol üstlenmiştir. Aralarında Dünya Bankasınca desteklenmiş olan Birinci Teknoloji Geliştirme Projesi (TU-3296) gibi teknoloji yönetimi projeleri ve çok sayıda teknik/mali ve fizibilite projesinde etkin rol almış/yönetmiştir.
