醫療資訊電子化、行動化後，更迫切需要醫療無線化、資料同步化。但是行動裝
置並非時常與網路連線，且缺乏一個共通的資料同步協定標準，因此資料同步已
成為行動通訊在醫療應用是否能夠繼續普及的一項重要課題。從系統及網路的觀
點來看，這是在無線通訊分散式系統(Distributed system)上，資料同步的處理問
題，這與傳統分散式系統的處理方式有所不同；最重要的差別在於無線通訊環境
所帶來的不確定性，包括：資料傳送易於延遲、頻寬的限制、資料查詢頻繁所造
成的額外負擔及無線連線的不可靠性等。
本研究針對結合 SyncML 在保證一致的要求下，組成模組化通訊介面元件，以資
料一致層與內容一致層保證行動裝置與醫院資訊系統之間的資料同步。在目前無
線網路的傳輸環境來思考並建構一個行動式照會專科醫師系統，將行動裝置
（PDA）應用於急性腦梗塞的緊急醫療照護服務。
英文摘要
Working along the intentions of the DOH(Department of Health), we want to establish an electronic hospital (e-Hospital) in which large hospitals can
aggressively start to construct medical information systems. It makes the retrieving of clinical information rapidly and shortening the time used to read chart and hopefully can decrease the mistake of paper work and improving the hospital management and efficiently make the health care quality better.
After medical information became electronic and mobile, medical wireless
information and data synchronization became an urgent necessity. Mobile devices are not always online and sometimes lack a common data synchronization protocol. From the viewpoint of the system and network, this is a problem for data
synchronization processes in wireless distribution system, which is different from conventional distributed system. The most important difference is the uncertainty of wireless communication environment. Such as: Data transmission is easy to delay, limitation of the width of band, the frequent enquiry of data make the data not reliable.
This research, which consists of modular communication interface components, integrates the SyncML to guarantee the data and content consistence between the
mobile devices and the hospital information system. By using the wireless network technology and environment, the mobile inquiry environment is constructed for consultation specialist system. And the mobile devices (PDA) are applied to provide the emergency care of service for acute cerebral infarct.
