Materyal-metod ve sonuçlar

<37 hf , tekil, konj. anomali ve ek hastalığı olmayan 120 gebe

15/120 gebe 3 gün içinde doğum olmaması ya da uygun fetal pozisyonun 2.

ölçümde elde edilememesi (>3 g) nedeniyle çalışma grubundan çıkarıldı.

Tek uygulayıcı, ana pulmoner arterde bifurkasyonun hemen öncesinde ,

insonasyon açısı <20 derece olacak şekilde ayarlanarak pulmoner arter doppler endexleri elde edildi.(PI,S/D,PSV,AT,ET,AT/ET)

22/105 yenidoğan RDS (8/22 geç preterm)
