ile beşinci kez perdelerini açıyor.

HSBC People olarak hem soysal sorumluluk hem de kişisel gelişimi destekleyen Tiyatro Kulübümüze teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz.

Umut Çocukları Derneği yararına sahneleyeceğimiz oyunumuz için, 19 kişilik ekibimiz ile yoğun, yorucu, özveri gerektiren ve en üst seviyede emek verilen bir çalışma süreci geçirdik. Projemize destek veren tüm Genel Müdürlük Ekiplerimize, Şubelerimize, Yöneticilerimize, bıkmadan, usanmadan, kar, kış demeden, hastalık, yorgunluk dinlemeden çalışan tüm oyuncularımıza, yönetmenimiz ve ekibine takdirlerimizi sunarız.

Beş yıldır bizi yanlız bırakmayan;

We, as HSBC People thank the Theater Club supporting the social responsibility and the individual improvement.

For our stage play to be performedın the profit of the Association of the Children of Hope, we had a hard, dense, exhausting working period with our team of 19 people.

We appreciate all the teams of our General Management, our branches, our managers for their support to our Project, all our actors working hard without break, in times of snow, winter, illness and fatigue without being tired nor bored, our producer and his team.

The working determination of the bankers with whom I am working since 5 years, each more talented than the other should be an example to everyone. They are advancing with proud in the way they believe. They execute their mission against the society each year by mixing their talents with the social support projects. Our banking friends are bringing to life characters, they are singing and also dancing, this is a great success and I congratulate all my friends. I would like to thank Feyza GENÇ who has contributed a lot for the realization of this Project and who is my major supporter for her intensive effort shown in the name of reaching the success and for her personal self-devotion for `The School of Artists` and for this Project.

Beş yıldır birlikte çalıştığım birbirinden yetenekli Bankacıların çalışma azmi herkese örnek olmalıdır. İnandıkları yolda gururla ilerliyorlar. Yeteneklerini her yıl önemli sosyal sorumluluk projeleri ile birleştirerek topluma karşı olan görevlerini de yerine getiriyorlar. Bankacı arkadaşlarımız bu oyunda hem karakterleri canlandırıyor hem şarkı söylüyor hem de dans ediyorlar. Bu büyük bir başarı ve tüm

arkadaşlarımı gönülden tebrik ediyorum. Projenin hayata geçmesinde büyük emek sarf eden ve benim en önemli destekcim olan Feyza GENÇ’e hem `Artiz Mektebi` hem de bu projedeki kişisel özverisi ve başarıya ulaşmak adına sarf ettiği yoğun çabasından dolayı teşekkür ederim.

Bu projenin Müzik Yönetmenliği ve Aranjörlüğünü üstlenmekten çok keyif aldım. Dört yıldır birlikte çalıştığımız değerli Bankacı arkadaşlarımızın ruhlarını ve oyunculuklarını da harmanlayıp sahneye taşımak ve dansla süsleyip seslendirmek zordu ama keyifliydi.

Biz çalışırken çok eğlendik. Oyundan sonra kulaklarınızda kalmak dileğiyle... İyi seyirler.

I enjoyed very much assuming the music management and editing of this Project.

It was difficult but exciting to bring to stage the mixed souls and performances of our banking friends with whom we are working since 4 years. We had a lot of fun while working.

2009 yılından beri HSBC ailesindeyim.

Projede yer almamın en büyük sebeplerinden biri hiç şüphesiz Yönetmenimiz Apo KAYA gibi profesyonel biriyle çalışmak istememdir.

Tabi ki yoğun çalışma tempomuzda bu kadar özel bir sosyal yardım projesine vakit ayırma ve destek olabilme fikri de tiyatro sevgisiyle buluşunca kendimi HSBC People Tiyatro Ekibi’nde buldum.

Birbirinden değerli ve farklı kulvarlardaki çalışma arkadaşlarımla her hafta sonumuzu tüm içtenliğimizle ayırarak sahneleyeceğimiz;

Shakespeare’in ‘Onikinci Gece’ isimli oyununda, bendeniz ‘Sebastian’ karakteriyle karşınızda olacağım. Umarım emeğimizle, sizin beğeninizi ve sosyal yardım projemizin amacına ulaşmasını sağlayabiliriz.

I make part of the HSBC family till the year 2009. I wanted to take part in this Project to work with a Professional producer like ours Mr. Apo KAYA. When the idea of sparing time and supporting such a special social assistance Project has come together with the love of theater during our dense working tempo, I found myself in the People Theater team of HSBC. Öncelikle bu projenin içerisinde bulunmaktan dolayı çok mutlu olduğumu belirtmek istiyorum. Bu projeye en son dahil oldum ve en genç üyesiyim. Geriye dönüp baktığımda hiç pişman olmadığım bir karar verdiğimi farkettim. Çünkü bu proje sadece tiyatro oyunundan ibaret değildi. Burada ihtiyacı olan kardeşlerimize bir nebze olsun yardım edebilmek için toplanmıştık.

“Aynı dili kullananlar değil, aynı duyguları paylaşanlar daha iyi anlaşırlar.” Mevlana

İnsanların ortak hareket etmeleri için aynı duyguları yaşamaları önemlidir. Yani o insanlara faydamızın dokunması için üstümüze düşen görevi yapmamız, onlara gereken değeri vermemiz gerekiyordu ve bu projeyle birlikte bunu sağlamak için ben ve arkadaşlarım büyük bir özveriyle ve sabırla çalışarak projeyi bu noktaya kadar getirdik. Şimdi ise en keyifli kısmı, oyunumuzu siz değerli izleyicimizle buluşturuyoruz. Yardımlarınız ve desteğiniz için şimdiden teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.

I was the last participant & the youngest member. When I have looked back I became aware that I have taken a decision without being repentant at all. This Project was not only a theater performance. We were assembled here for helping as much as we can our brothers who were in need. “People sharing the same feelings get along together better than those using the same language .” (Mevlana) It is important for the persons to experience the same feelings in order to act in common. We had to execute our missions for being useful to these persons & also to give them their value & together with this Project , myself and my friends have brought it to that point by working with great devotion and patience. A delighted story where everybody reaches a happy ending.

At this moment you are holding the sweat, the perseverance and excitement of everybody under mission on the stage and behind the curtains.

Başlarda katılmak konusunda bazı endişelerim vardı, zor bir iş olacağını biliyordum. Fakat ailemin ve arkadaşlarımın desteği ile bu projede yer almam gerektiğini anladım. Şimdi düşününce

“İyi ki katılmışım” diyorum.

Yardımlarından ve motivasyonundan dolayı arkadaşım Aygen’e teşekkür ederim. Bu proje sayesinde ihtiyacı olanlara yardım etmenin yanı sıra, kendime de bir şeyler kattığımı düşünüyorum. Farklı birimlerden arkadaşlara sahip oldum ve bir çok sağlam dostluk kurdum.

I got very excited when I heard about this project. My excitement got deepest when learning that it was a social responsibility project. In the beginning I had some doubts about participating, I knew it was a hard work. But with the support of my family & of my friends, I understood that I had to be inside that Project. Now, I say to myself

Yanlış hayatı doğru yaşamaya çalışanların dünyasında inadına yanlış yaşayan

‘ötekilerdir’ soytarılar. Çoğunluğun aksine iğnelerler efendilerini, muhalefet ederler, bilgeliklerini gösterirler incelikle. Ama delilik, soytarılık ve aptallık yaftalanır kendilerine.

Shakespeare, bir yanlışlıklar komedyası olan Onikinci Gece’de oyunbaz ve müzisyen Feste’ye yüklemiştir soytarılık misyonunu. Her köyde var olan delimiz İlirya’da ise Feste’yle can buluyor.

Bu projenin başlangıcından itibaren geldiğimiz bugüne kadar geçen süre içerisinde çok keyif aldığımı belirtmek isterim. İlk olarak ‘Artiz Mektebi’ ve ikinci olarak

‘Onikinci Gece’ isimli projelerimizin liderliği ve koordinatörlüğünü yürütmek hiç de kolay olmadı. Projenin sonunda yapacağımız yardım ve desteğe ihtiyacı olan çocuklarımıza ulaşarak, onlara ışık tutmak, belki de hayatlarını idame etmelerini sağlayacak imkanlar yaratacak olmak, üstlendiğim bu sorumluluğun yükünü büyük ölçüde hafifletmekte ve motive etmektedir.

‘Artiz Mektebi’ projemizle 400 engellimize, Kıbrıs Çocuk Esirgeme Kurumu’ndaki bir çok çocuğa ve Kıbrıs Rehabilitasyon Merkezi’ndeki ihtiyaç sahibi kişilere ulaşarak projemizin sonunda gereken faydayı sağladığımızı düşünüyorum. ‘Onikinci Gece’ isimli projemizde amacımız bir önceki yıldan daha büyük bir başarı gösterip Umut Çocukları Derneği’nde destek bekleyen bir çok çocuğa umut ışığı olmak. Ben ve ekibim buna inanıyoruz ve bizleri destekleyeceğinizi biliyoruz. Tamamı gönüllülerden oluşan bir ekip ile kendi özel zamanlarımızdan maksimum seviyede feragat ederek ortaya çıkarttığımız bu oyunda, ekip olmak ve ekip ruhunu oluşturmak önemli bir etkendi. HSBC

çalışanlarının en üst kademeden en alt kademeye kadar bir aile olduğunu düşünürsek, bizler ekip ruhunun yanı sıra iyi bir aile olmayı başardık. Aile olmak omuz omuza verip her zorluğun üstesinden gelmek ve sıkıntıları birlikte atlatmak, birlikte ağlayıp birlikte gülmek demekse, biz bunu gerçekten başardık. Her ailede olduğu gibi bizlerin de fikir ayrılıkları oldu, bazen birbirimize kızdık bazen hep birlikte gülüp ağladık. Tüm bu duyguları yaşarken de projenin sonundaki amacımızı düşündük ve bu durum bizleri daha da hırslandırdı. Ben umuyorum ki sizler de en az bizler kadar keyif alacaksınız.

Oyunumuzun saati gelip perdeler açıldıktan sonra sizlerle birlikte gülüp, birlikte düşüneceğiz, kendimizi ve sizleri oyunun sonunda birlikte alkışlayacağız...

Başta oyunculardan oluşan ekip arkadaşlarıma, bizden hiç bir desteğini esirgemeyen yönetmenden çok ailemizden biriymiş gibi hareket eden yönetmenimiz Apo KAYA’ya, stüdyosunun kapısını bize sonuna kadar açan eşsiz bestelerin sahibi Seçil AKIN’a, reji asistanımız Hülya DEMİRTAŞ’a, sahne amirimiz Canan YILMAZ’a, birbirinden güzel fotoğrafları için Başar HATIRNAZ’a, broşürümüz, afişimiz ve biletlerimizin tasarımcısı olup desteğini esirgemeyen dostum Bilge SOYSAL’a, içinde bulunduğum tüm projelerde beni destekleyen, motive eden yöneticim Serkan KARAERKEK’e, HSBC People Ekibi’ne, ihtiyaç duyduğum her noktada bizleri destekleyen Genel Müdürlük Ekiplerimizdeki çalışma arkadaşlarımıza teşekkür ederim.

I want to emphasize that I had a great joy from the beginning of this Project till today. I want to say that it was not easy to manage the leading and the coordination of our projects primarily “The School of Artists” & secondary the “12.th Night”. Reaching our children in need to our help & support at the end of this Project, to enlighten them & may be to create opportunities for maintaining their lives decreased enormously the burden I assumed by this responsibility & make me motivated.

With our Project “The School of Artists” I think we have realized the necessary utility at the end of our Project by reaching 400 disabled. Many children in the Establishment of Children Protection of Cyprus

& persons in need in the Center of Rehabilitation of Cyprus. Our goal in our Project named “12. Night”

is to be more successful than the previous year & to become a light of hope for many children waiting support in the Association of Children of Hope. Myself & my team believe in that & we know that you will support us. To be a team & to constitute the soul of the team in this performance appeared by the abandon in a maximum level of the private time of the team wholly formed by volunteers was an important factor. If we think that the employees of HSBC form a family from the highest level to the lowest level, we have succeeded to become a good family apart from forming a team soul. If being a family means to come through from each difficulty coming together shoulder to shoulder, & to cry &

laugh together, we really did it. As encountered in each family we also had contrary ideas, sometimes we got angry to each other, sometimes we cried & laughed together & while living these feelings, we thought to our goal at the end of this Project & this situation rendered us more ambitious. I hope that you will have fun as much as ours. When the timing of our performance will arrive, & after the opening of the curtains, we shall laugh together, we shall think together, & we shall applause together ourselves

& yourselves at the end of the performance…

Each year I am encountering a new masterpiece created by HSBC People; it is impossible not to be filled with admiration. The actors are showing such a high level performance that makes think people “can I become an artist too” but of course it is not so easy to become a performer.

For that reason, I am bowing with respect in front of all the players beginning first with the HSBC employees working hard for the theater since long years. Apart from this they dominate so well their roles, and it really was not difficult for me to take pictures of them. I am very happy to support such an important Project with my photographs. I hope that the performances of these esteemed friends last for long years and I shall be able to support them with my photographs!

Her yıl, HSBC People’ın yarattığı yeni bir şaheser ile karşılaşıyorum; hayran olmamak elde değil. Oyuncular o kadar üst düzeyde bir performans gösteriyor ki; insan ister istemez “Acaba ben de oyuncu olabilir miyim” diye düşünüveriyor! Ama elbette ki o kadar kolay değil oyuncu olmak. Bu yüzden, başta yıllardır tiyatroya emek veren HSBC çalışanları olmak üzere tüm oyuncuların önlerinde

saygıyla eğiliyorum. Ayrıca, rollerine o kadar hakimler ki, fotoğraflarını çekerken pek zorlandığımı söyleyemem. Böyle önemli bir projeye fotoğraflarımla katkı sağlamış olmaktan dolayı çok mutluyum. Umarım bu değerli arkadaşların çalışmaları daha uzun yıllar devam eder ve ben de onlara fotoğraflarımla destek olurum!

2007 yılında kurduğumuz Tiyatro Kulübü’nün bir parçası olmak gurur verici. Bazen koordinatör, bazen oyuncu, bazen yönetmen yardımcısı ama hep grafik tasarımcı olarak yer aldığım projelerin giderek büyümesini, her birinin diğerini aşmasını izlemek, attığımız bu adımın ne kadar doğru olduğunu gösteriyor. Yola birlikte çıktığımız, birlikte yol aldığımız tüm dostlarıma teşekkür ederim.

It’s my pleasure to be a part of this Theatre Club since the beginning, 2007.

During all this time, I have different roles; sometimes the project manager, sometimes an actress, sometimes an assistant director but always the graphic designer. As a founder of this club, watching it’s growth and success year by year, makes me feel that we did the right thing.

Derneğimiz 1992 yılında kurulmuş olup, amacı, aile ortamından kopmuş sokaklarda yaşayan, maddi manevi yardıma muhtaç olup kötü koşullarda çalıştırılan evinden kaçmış madde (tiner, baliy, esrar, alkol) bağımlısı olan çocuk ve gençleri bu olumsuz davranış ve alışkanlıklarından arındırmak, sağlık ve eğitim ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak, iş ve meslek edinmeleri konusunda olanaklar yaratmak, iş atölyeleri kurmak ayrıca derneğin amacı doğrultusunda özel ve tüzel kuruluşlarla iletişim ve iş birliği oluşturup çocuk ve gençlerimizi tekrar topluma kazandırmaktadır.

Derneğimizin gerçekleştirmiş olduğu projeler, Avcılar Umut Evi Projesi, Banvit Çamaşırhane Projesi, Gençlik Evi Projesi, Mum Atölyesi Projesi, Gece Barınağı Projesi, ‘Sır Çocukları’ filmine destek çalışması.

Şu anda devam etmekte olan projelerimiz:

Umut Gençleri İlk Adım İstasyonu Projesi, Umut Atölyesi Projesi, Sokak Kedisi Dergisi’ Projesi, Banvit çamaşırhane projesi, sokak yaşayanlarının istihdamı için Yerinde ve Zamanında Çözüm Dünya Sokak Yaşayanları Kardeşlik Koşusu Projesi ve sokak yaşayanlarının kendi hayatlarını karelerle anlattığı Benim Dünyam Projeleri yürütmektedir.

Ek çalışmalarımız: İstanbul genelinde ailesi tarafından sokaklarda çalıştırılan ve dilendirilen çocukların tespit çalışması,

eğitim kurumlarında sokaklar ve madde bağımlılığı konusunda engelleyici ve önleyici çalışmalarımız kapsamında seminer ve söyleşiler düzenliyoruz.

Bakırköy’de bulunan Umut Gençleri İlk Adım İstasyonu’muzda, sokakta yaşamakta olan 18 yaşından büyük gençlerin gidebilecekleri İstanbul’daki tek merkezdir. Banvit Çamaşırhane projesi İstanbul’da sokakta yaşamakta olan çocuk ve gençlerin, sokakta yaşarken hizmet alabilecekleri tek merkezdir.

Bu merkezimiz Beyoğlu bölgesinde bulunmakta olup 6 yıldır çalışmaktaydı fakat şu anda 6 aydır tadilat için kapatılmıştır. Tadilat ile ilgili kaynakların kısıtlı olması açılışı geciktirmektedir. Dikim Atölyesi (Umut Atölyesi) Projesi yine gençlerimize meslek edinmeleri amacıyla hazırlanmış olup çalışmaları devam etmektedir.

Ayrıca ‘Sokak Kedisi’ dergisi sokaktan kurtulmuş gençler tarafından çıkartılan ve posta kedisi, pazar kedisi şeklinde değişik istihdam ayakları olan çok yönlü bir projedir.

Derneğimiz çeşitli sebeplerle sokaklarda yaşamak zorunda kalan çocuk ve gençlerimize, ürettiği projelerle geçmişte olduğu gibi bundan sonra da destek olmaya devam edecektir.

Our association being founded in 1922, aims to purify the children and the adolescents being separated from the familial atmosphere, living in the streets, in material and moral necessity, working under bad conditions, having escaped from home, addicted (thinner, bally, hashish, alcohol) from their negative behaviors and habits, to cover their health and educational needs, to create opportunities in the matter of finding job and career, to found work shops, and to sophisticate our children and adolescents to the society by forming a communication and collaboration with the private and legal establishments.

The projects realized by our Association are the Project of the Avcılar House of Hope, the Banvit Project of Laundry, the Project of the Adolescent House, the Project of the Candle Atelier, the Project of the Night Refuge, the supporting work to the movie ‘Children of the Secret’

Our ongoing projects are as follows: The Project of the First Step Station for the Adolescents of Hope, the Project of the Atelier of Hope, the Project of the review the Street Cat, the Project of Laundry of Banvit, the Project of the Brother hood Run of the inhabitants of the World Street a Solution in time and in place for the employment of the Street survivors and the Project of My World where the histories of the Street inhabitants are being told in squares.

Our additional Works: determination of the children under pressure by their families in Istanbul for working and begging in the streets, organization of seminars and conversations within the context of our preventing and obstructing studies in the matter of streets and addictions in the educational foundations.

Our station of first step of the Adolescents of Hope situated in Bakırköy is theunique center in Istanbul where the adolescents over the age of 18 and living in the streets can go. The Project of Laundry of Banvit is the unique center in Istanbul giving the necessary service to the children and adolescents living in the streets. This center being in the region of Beyoğlu was functioning since 6 years and actually it is being closed for a restoration period of 6 months.

The reopening is being delayed due to the restricted financial resources concerning the restoration. The Project of the Atelier of Sewing (Atelier of Hope) is also being organized with the aim of giving the adolescents the chance to have professions, the studies are going on.

The review of the ‘Cat of the Street’ is a multioriented Project published by the adolescents rescued from the street having different employment feet like post cat, Sunday cat.

Our association will continue to support as in the past with the children and the adolescents that are obliged to survive in the streets due to many reasons.
