Objectif du Cours SP411: Siyaset Bilimi Alanında Özel Konular - I Dersin Teması: Mekânlar ve Yerler
Bu derste öğrenci açısından şunlar hedeflenmektedir:
• Pürüzsüz bir yazı becerisi adına eleştirel okuma becerisinin geliştirilmesi
• Akademik alanda fikir üretme, argüman/önerme üretme, taslak yazma, düzelti yapma gibi akademik metinler için elzem becerilerin geliştirilmesi
• Çeşitli türde akademik metin yapılarıyla tanışıklık sağlama
• Akademik yazının mikro ve makro ölçekte birimlerini ve yapısını çözümleme ve üretme
• Kaynak bulma, yorumlama ve yazılarınızda bunlara yer verme kurallarına ve tekniklerine aşina olma.
Contenus Bu ders siyasal/sosyal bilimler alanında araştırma ve yazma pratiğini geliştirmek isteyen öğrenciler için tasarlanmış ileri seviyede bir akademik yazı dersidir. Bu derste öğrenciler siyasal/sosyal bilimler alanında eleştirel okuma ve yazma becerisini geliştirmektedir. Öğrenciler dönem boyunca geniş bir araştırma alanına sahip “mekân ve yer” teması çerçevesinde kendi seçtikleri bir konuda aşama aşama geliştirecekleri bir araştırma projesi yürütecekler. Bu projenin aşamaları, akademik nitelikli bir argümanın/önermenin geliştirilmesi, yazılı ve görsel kaynakları elde etme, çözümleme ve yorumlama becerisinin geliştirilmesi ve nihayetinde orijinal bir argümanın akademik bir makale formunda biçimlendirilmesi şeklindedir.
Bu dersin tematik odağı çeşitli türden mekânların ve yerlerin siyasal/sosyal bilimler çerçevesinde incelenmesidir. Anıt, müze, şehrin çeşitli veçheleri, AVM’ler, stadyum, turistik mekânlar, iç mekânlar, sokaklar, parklar, sanal mekanlar gibi mekan türlerini bu mekanların sosyal, kültürel, politik ve estetik önemleri açısından incelemekteyiz. Bu derste öğrenciler siyasal/sosyal bilimsel araçları ve yöntemleri kullanarak “mekân” temalı okumalar yapmakta, haftalık okumalara dair raporlarını [response paper] (1-2 sayfa) üretmekte ve bu okumaların sonucunda kendi bağımsız araştırma konularını, bu konudaki argümanlarını ve kaynaklarını belirleyerek bir makale [final paper] (8-12 sayfa, çift satır aralığı) üretmektedir.

Objectif du Cours Bu ders, farklı bakış açıları ve analitik araçlar geliştiren çeşitli kuramsal yaklaşımları ve modelleri kullanarak, özellikle temsili demokrasilerin ve parti sistemlerinin dönüşümüne vurgu yapacak şekilde çağdaş toplumlarda popülist uygulamaların ve dönüşümlerin derinlemesine eleştirel bir incelemesini yapmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Contenus Bu ders, popülizmin çok anlamlı bir olgu olarak analizini önermektedir. Popülizm genellikle sosyal bilim çalışmalarında bir ideolojiyi, bir stratejiyi, bir üslubu, bir politik biçimi ya da bir söylem türünü tanımlamak için farklı anlamlarda kullanılır. Ayrıca, günümüz siyasal aktörleri ve her kategoriden medya tarafından sıkça ve ezbere kullanılması kavram karmaşasını arttıran bir etmen olarak karşımıza çıkar. Bu kavramın aşırı kullanımı, çağdaş dünyadaki sosyo-politik dönüşümleri anlamak açısından engel teşkil eden kavramsal bir belirsizliğe neden olmaktadır.
Bu belirsizlikten ve olası hatalardan kaçınmak için, bu derste, çağdaş siyasal sistemlerde “popülist dönüşümler” olarak adlandırdığımız olgunun kökenine ve sonuçlarına odaklanarak, popülizmle ilgili tartışmaların ana hatlarını mümkün olduğunca tanımlamaya çalışacağız.
Dersin giriş bölümünde önereceğimiz “popülizm” terimini tanımlama çabasının ardından, popülizm ile temsili demokrasi arasındaki ilişkiyi sorgulamamızı sağlayacak olan klasik ve yeni yaklaşımları tanıtacağız.
Bu bağlamda, özellikle popülist oluşumların ana akım siyasi partiler açısından ortaya çıkardıkları
güçlüklerden hareketle, katılım ve temsil mekanizmalarının dönüşümü üzerine bir tartışma açacağız. Son olarak, popülist retoriğe bir cevap oluşturan oy verme alışkanlıkları ve siyasal katılım mekanizmalarındaki dönüşümleri inceleyeceğiz.

Contenus Anayasa hukukunun temel kaynakları incelendikten sonra kamu hukukunda işlemlerin tanımlanması ve
kademelenmesi, yasama ve yürütme organlarının işlemleri işlenecek ardından da devlet, siyasi partiler, seçim sistemleri ve hükümet sistemleri kavramları karşılaştırmalı anayasa hukuku dikkate alınarak incelenecektir. Burada konular Türk ve Dünya yazını çerçevesinde siyasal çıktılar ve teori bağlamında anlatılacaktır.

Objectif du Cours Kamu politikaları analizi kamu otoritelerinin eylemlerinin toplum üzerindeki etkilerini inceler. Kamu otoritelerinin gerçekleştirdiği müdahalelerin hem niteliği hem de yöntemleri üzerinde durur. Bu müdahalelerin kapsamı ve karmaşıklığına vurgu yapar. Kamu politikalarına ilişkin olarak, sorunların gündeme alınması, çözüm seçeneklerinin değerlendirilmesi ve karar alma, uygulama, değerlendirme ve sonuçlandırma süreçlerini analiz eder. Kamusal eylem üzerinde etkili olan farklı aktörlerin oynadıkları rollere dikkati çekerek karar süreçlerini deşifre etmeyi sağlayacak yöntem ve araçları öğretmeyi amaçlar.
alanda geliştirilen kavram ve teorik yaklaşımlar üzerinde durulmaktadır. Daha sonra politika analiz yöntemleri incelenmekte, sorunların kamusal otoritenin gündemine girmesinden, çözüm için bir politika üretilerek uygulamaya konmasına ve politikanın ortadan kalkmasına kadar olan süreç örneklerle açıklanmaktadır.

Contenus Bu dersin amacı siyasal düşüncenin gelişimini Fransız Devriminden yirminci yüzyıla kadar takip etmektir.
Temsili demokrasi, ulusal ve popüler egemenlik, sosyalizm ve muhafazakarlık, pozitivizm, anarşizm ve komünizm üzerine çalışılacak. Bu çalışma 19., 20. Hatta 21. Yüzyılın anlaşılmasına imkan verecektir.
De manière classique cette première partie du cours d’Histoire des idées politiques se donne pour ambition de retracer les étapes de la pensée politique depuis l’Antiquité jusqu’à la veille des penseurs du libéralisme. Ainsi seront abordées les notions de raison, de participation, de liberté dans les cités grecques et romaines, les différentes formes de gouvernement, le rôle du chef, le spirituel et le temporel, la citoyenneté, la république, la souveraineté et ce, à partir de la pensée platonicienne, aristotélicienne mais aussi des penseurs médiévaux. La rupture machiavélienne s’attache entre autres aux questions du pouvoir et de gouvernement et de la séparation entre le spirituel et le temporel et permettra d’introduire les réflexions sur le contrat social. Enfin, l’étude des humanistes et des Lumières conduira à la pensée moderne de l’avant Révolution française.
D’une façon générale, ce sont bien les notions de conquête et de préservation du pouvoir, de
l’aménagement des formes de gouvernement, de l’Etat qui sont interrogées à travers l’étude des auteurs les plus marquants, l’exhaustivité ne pouvant être de mise

Objectif du Cours Bu dersin amacı 1914-1945 yılları arasında Avrupa başta olmak üzere dünya siyasal tarihini incelemektir.
Söz konusu dönem toplumsal, iktisadi ve siyasal süreçler dikkate alınarak incelenecektir. İki dünya savaşının çıkma sebepleri, ne gibi sonuçları olduğu dersin açıklamaya çalışacağı temel meselelerdir.
Contenus İlk aşamada 19. yüzyıl sonunda sanayileşme ve sömürgeleşme süreçleri ile birlikte oluşan yapıdan hareketle 1. Dünya Savaşı öncesinde ülkeler arasındaki kamplaşma incelendikten sonra, savaşın başlama sebepleri ve savaş sonrası yapılan anlaşmalar üzerinde durulacak.
Rus devriminin anlatımından sonra Avrupa’nın 1920’li ve 1930’lu yıllardaki iktisadi, toplumsal ve siyasal durumu incelenecektir. Bu incelemdeden hareketle Avrupa’da totaliter rejimlerin yükselişi, 2. Dünya Savaşına yol açan süreçler ve bu savaşın sonuçları analiz edilecektir.

Objectif du Cours The course aims to familiarize students with sociology and to make them understand that they will able to use that knowledge to interpret the social phenomena, in other words to learn the scientific study of society. The course aims also to perform this scientific study of society with theories of sociology and social sciences under the genesis of modernity. The course emphasizes to make sociology of modernity.
Contenus The sociology can be defined as a discipline which is interested in relationships that the men establish among themselves either directly or indirectly through institutions, customs, rules and the art…And all human actions can be an object of analysis for sociology.
The first sessions of the course will be devoted to the brief study about the evolution of social sciences and sociology. Then, we will discuss in many sessions, the genesis of sociology as a discipline of social sciences, through the writings of the precursors of the discipline who had created different approaches and theories for analyzing the society. From this perspective, we will insist on theories of the precursors and founders of sociology like August Comte, Alexis de Tocqueville, Karl Marx, Emile Durkheim, Max Weber… Finally, still from the perspective of sociology of modernity, the human condition in the modern city will be analyzed especially through the theories developed by Georg Simmel and Chicago School, by insisting on interactionist approach and the concept of urban ecology.

Objectif du Cours SP141 dersi Sultan II. Abdülhamit devriden I. Dünya Savaşı’nın başlangıcına kadar olan dönemi kapsamaktadır. Dersin amacı yukarıda sözü edilen zaman dilimi içinde Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun her alanda yaşadığı değişim ve bu değişimin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kuruluşundaki rolünü anlamaya çalışmaktır. Bahsedilen dönemde yaşanan siyasi, ekonomik, kültürel ve toplumsal değişimler incelenerek, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin oluşumundaki etki ve sonuçları tartışılacaktır.
