Eating regularly is good for your blood sugar levels, your nutrition and your weight. It makes you

feel good! You will also be less likely to suffer from tooth decay. Studies show that children and adolescents who eat erratically, such as skipping breakfast, perform worse at school than those who eat breakfast every day.

SNACKING LEAVES YOU SLUGGISH

It’s important that snacks are nutritious and are eaten at specific times.

This is especially important for children, who sometimes have very strong reactions to hunger. Constant snacking means that you might skip meals because you don’t feel hungry. This leads to low blood sugar levels, which in turn can
