Amacı / Purpose Yatırım projeleri alternatiflerinin özelliklerinin tespit edilmesi ve projeler arasında bir

karşılaştırma yapılmasına imkan veren araçların tanıtılması. To determine the attribute of project alternatives and introduce the tools that permit to comparing between the project alternatives.

İçeriği / Content Bu derste yatırım kavramı ve yatırım projelerinin planlanması süreci, teknik etüdler, ekonomik etüdler, finansal etüdler, yatırım projelerinin değerlendirilmesinin önemi, yatırım projelerini değerlendirme yöntemleri ve belirsizlik durumunda firma ve ulusal karlılığın belirlenmesi konuları ele alınacaktır.

In this course, investment concepts and planning process of investment projects, investigations techniques, economic investigations, financial investigations, the importance of evaluating investment projects, methods of investment project analysis and determination of national and firm profitability under uncertainty conditions subjects will be addressed.
