I recently forwarded to the Co-uaercial Secretary of the British Consulate at Istanbul a copy of a new Magazine we have just published containing Pictures in full colour for use in schools, and in acknowledging the copy the
Commercial Secretary was kind enough to mention that we should forward a similar copy to you.
I do not know how far our publications are known to you, but I am forwarding by separate post copies of our various Educational Journals including PICTORIAL EDUCATION which we
publish monthly. In connection with PICTORIAL EDUCATION we
have made arrangements to publish four QUARTERLY EXTRA
Numbers throughout the year, in which we propose to provide Pictures in full colour, and I may say that this is the first occasion on which such Pictures have been available for use in schools.
The first QUARTERLY Number has just appeared, and for it four of the greatest Painters of Historical Subjects living in Britain today have painted a brilliantly coloured panel of Pictures illustrating "Domestic Life through Twenty Centuries of British H i s t o r y ’, and there are, of course, other features as well.

-I am forwarding a copy of the first QUARTERLY EXTRA Number to you with our other periodicals, and I am also enclosing our latest Educational List. May I say that if you would like to receive any of the Journals, or would at any time li£e to receive any of our scholastic Books, it will be a pleasure to hear from you.
