鼻骨骨折手術後注意事項 [ 發表醫師 ] :護理指導 醫師(整形外科) [ 發布日期 ] :2011/3/10 1.手術後局部冰敷於患部可減輕疼痛、腫脹及減少出血；手術後 3 天內請每小時冰敷約 10~15 分鐘。 2.鼻內填塞之紗布會有止血作用，請勿自行取出。 3.因填塞紗布暫時會用口呼吸，應常漱口並保持口腔衛生。 4.鼻內填塞紗布會暫時堵住鼻淚管，故會有眼睛泛紅及患部腫脹的現象。 5.手術後應避免擤鼻涕、打噴涕，以防填塞物不慎滑出，若無法避免時，請將口微張以免增加鼻內 壓。如填塞物不慎滑出，即刻通知醫護人員。 6.術後有少量血水滲出，若有大量出血，應立即通知醫護人員。 7.術後可採半坐臥式，以減少腫脹並促進血水流出。 8.出院後應儘量避免出入公共場合或騎機車，以避免再度受傷。 9.應注意保暖，保持室內適當溫度，避免感冒。 10.應避免激烈運動。 11.出院後若有出血、發燒、疼痛、呼吸困難等情形出現，應儘速返診。 12.依醫師指示定期返診檢查。 !!健康文章內文主要提供民眾降低對疾病因不了解產生之不安和恐懼，但不可取代實際的醫療行 為，所以身體如有不適請您前往醫院就醫治療。
