b,d a 台北醫學大學醫學資訊研究所 b 台北醫學大學醫學人文研究所 c 資訊工業策進會創新應用服務研究所 d 台灣生醫研究倫理與社會福利辦公室 通訊作者:曾郁棋,melinda.tseng@gmail.com 摘要 近年來,許多的生醫專家致力於生物醫學的研究領域,在醫學相關領域上有許多寶貴的文獻。現今許多生 醫資料庫由分布在不同部會、機關或研究單位來作管理與更新。在此以台北醫學大學與行政院衛生署合作規劃 的「生醫資訊整合資料中心」作為資料倉儲的基本資訊架構,其整合了戶籍資料庫、癌症登記資料庫、死因檔 與全民健保資料庫,要把散佈各單位與異地儲存環境的資料整合一起,並供研究者申請使用,實為艱難。在此 以資料倉儲架構來分析生醫資料庫整合資訊的架構,透過線上分析工具模式導入經資料倉儲分析過的生醫整合 資料庫,以做為各研究單位決策之用。 關鍵字: 生醫資訊整合資料中心、資料倉儲、線上分析 Abstract

In recent years, many biomedical experts have devoted to biomedical research and there is a lot of valuable literature in medical related fields. Lots of biomedical databases are managed and upgraded by the biomedical experts in Taiwan. The integrated data center for biomedical informatics is a collaborative project by the Department of Health and Taipei Medical University. The platform is constructed as a basic infra-structure for data warehouse. It is difficult to integrate the databases distributed from other storage inputs to provide the application of uses for the researchers. Therefore, this study is to construct the data warehouse for the integration of databases in biomedical informatics through the on-line analysis tools for further decision making for the research units.
