門診數位叫號系統建置與應用

b,c* a衛生署新竹醫院資訊室主任 b開南大學銀髮養生環境學系 c開南大學數位科技學系 *通訊作者: 鄭怡平, ypcheng@mail.knu.edu.tw 摘要 此門診數位叫號系統為全國醫院所創,提供民眾就醫時,查詢醫師看診進度,因原有的設定為預估號次, 依醫師看診的平均值做設定,以致於實際看診進度與網路上不一樣,造成民眾的抱怨。有鑒於此,衛生署新竹 醫院開發門診數位叫號系統,結合網路應用逹到資料同步,並整合醫院全球資訊網及各診候診區的液晶螢幕顯 示,結合網路與門診即時數位叫號系統,讓民眾事先在家或公司使用電腦,或以 PDA 手機上網,同步查詢科別、 診間、醫師姓名、當時看診進度,再評估出門時間,可有效縮短等候看病時間。 關鍵字:門診、數位叫號系統、等候時間 AbstractPatient waiting time is one of the most important factors associated with service quality of a health care institute. This outpatient calling system is the first in Taiwan. Original calling method is according to average of scheduling of outpatient waiting time. The Department of Information of Hsin-Chu General Hospital has developed the digital calling system that combine internet and HIS. Patient can use PC or PDA to view the real-time and active information of outpatient waiting room via internet. With the help of this system, a patient can make an outpatient reservation and choose the right time to arrive at hospital, thus reducing the unnecessary waiting time.
