A microscopic theory of dielectric properties of symmetrical ultrathin molecular films, was formulated in
bosonic and nearest-neighbours approximation. The dispersion law of harmonic exciton states were calculated
using the method of two-time, temperature dependent Green's functions. Calculating dynamical permittivity
by the single-pole Green's functions it was shown that the threshold of light absorption can be moved along
frequencies, changing the film thickness and the intensity of boundary perturbations. We study the basic micro
and macroscopic physical characteristics of symmetric ultrathin molecular crystalline films along the direction
perpendicular to the boundary surfaces. One can see that essential optical properties of these systems arise
with perturbation conditions, which appear at their surface layers. By the analysis of boundary (surface)
pa-rameters influences on relative permittivity and optical indices, we seek optimal conditions for the best and
narrow selective absorption. Characteristic resonant peaks appear in the dependence of dielectric permittivity
and absorption index of ultrathin film on frequency of external electro-magnetic field. The peaks' widths
in-crease with the increasing of exciton spectral weights and there is a possibility to manage film dielectric
re-sponse with suitable selection of boundaries perturbation parameters. All peaks to fall into infrared region and
responding to absorption of corresponding external electromagnetic frequencies.
It
means that discrete and
selective absorption appears. Refraction indices have jumps on the places where absorption index changes: for
the bulk that is happening on the borders of absorption zone, while film has 5 corresponding, not very narrow
peaks. Reflection for the bulk is only at the borders of absorption zone, for films reflection is happening
par-tially at each crystallographic plane of film.
