The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of acidity on in vitro pollen germination and tube length of Mains sylvestris Miller cv. Golden and Pyrus communis L plants. Pollens from flowers of Ma/us sylvestris Miller cv Golden and Pyrus communis L have been exposed at the effect of artificial acid solutions, at pH values from 6.2 to 2.8 at 0.2 intervals. Brawbaker Kwack medium was used for pollen germination. According to the results obtained, germination rate and pollen tube length for each plant at least has been affected at pH 6.2. Pollen germination and tube length decreased high rate with increasing acidity. The decrease of in these rates were calculated 99.44 % for Mains sylvestris Miller cv. Golden pollen germination and 99.68 % for tube length; 96.23 % for Pyrus communis L pollen germination and 96.75% for tube length at pH 2.8.

A great importance for the successful activity of environmental protection in present, has the elements infonnative-educative which change outlooks and habits of the best controls of the environmental factor. The environment protection and education are two inseparable desideratum of the contemporane world which represents the measure of ideal human condition on which inhale all of us. It is found an organic relationship between modern understanding of the human being, of the environmental problems and of the education which are examinated in unit and intricacy, offer a possible pedagogical solution for the environmental problems, the examination of the environmental protection in relation with human-nature; the nature and human as entities and to bring in a complex approach of the environmental problems, realized at the epitemological, teleological and metodological level at the subjects: chemistry, biology, geography, romanian language and literature. The role of the education in the anthropogen impact on the nature become obvious through concience with the environmental problems, the understanding of this problems, and the role of human in the relation with environment.
