Art, 1) The J.I.E.A. representative accepts firm to buy from Messrs KIL1DJ ALY & HiJSoEIH WAE1B a quantity of olive
oil to b© supplied by them, at the price, terms fit delay of delivery and payment as provided for in the articles

Art. ¿) Masers. K*A. fit H.E., sellers, on their own behalf as well as on behalf or their commitments acting es qua lity, undertake to supply the buyers with a quantity of 10.000 tons of refined olive oil with a percentage of acidity of 1% maximum.
Art. 5} it is ag/reed that the contracting sellers will be at liberty to supply the quantity of olive oil hereby provided for either from one or several oil producing contrles, namely Tunisia, ¡Spain, Italy, Greece, or any county whatsoever.

The delivery will begin after harvesting and refining of crops (December 1948) and will be effected #ithin a period of three months, namely December - January,
January - February, February-iarch 1649.
Art. 5) The quantities to be delivered montnly, proportionately to the whole quantity of tne present agreement, are the following :

Art. 6) The sellers reserve the right to modify the delay of delivery fit the quantity to be delivered in each period, without however trespassing the date of ¿¿arch 31st
1949 for the completion of delivery ot the quantities provided for in the present agreement.
Art. 7) Bslge fe.jgrsa
The price is fixed at & D.S.A. 860 a ton of I .000 kgs net CAF Antwerp or Hambourg, according to shipping possibilities.
The delivery will be made in iron barrels of about 200 kgs. The barrels will be invoiced at the time of delivery and will not be returned.

The percentage of acidity will be eétablished by a certificate from the Société Générale de Surveillance
in Bale. *
The payment will be effeetd by confirmed irrevocable letter of credit transmissible and divisible on all American banks having branches in Switzerland. Payment against shipping documents and pro-forma invoice.
The letter of credit covering the whole contract must be issued on December let 1018 at the latdct , failintf which the present agreement will be purely and simply3 nul and void. The solders will consequently fulfil their
engagements as hereby provided for, only if the letter uf credit relating to the supply of the goods stipula ted in the present agreement has been issued in due time.
