101 學年度「期初導師輔導知能研習」活動 學務處學生輔導中心於 10 月 18 日舉辦了本學期「期初導師輔導知能研習」活動， 全校共 145 位教師、教官及學務處人員參加，參與情況熱烈。 本次研習共包含兩部分之內容，首先是 「優良導師經驗分享」，後緊接著「主題 演講」。在「優良導師經驗分享」方面， 學輔中心特別邀請到第 5 屆校級優良導師 當選人，保健系簡怡雯老師來分享其擔任 導師之心得；演講中簡老師暢談了對導師 工作的看法，以及她如何應用各種方式， 如時下年輕人流行的臉書，與導生們保持 溝通，是一場非常實用的經驗談。【左 圖：施純明學務長（中）引言介紹簡怡雯老師（右）】【下圖：王明智心理師（右 圖）精采演講情形】 在「主題演講」方面，學輔中心則邀請到在社區和學校輔導工作中經驗豐富的王明 智諮商心理師來介紹「同理心」的概念，王老師以「從故事走進心靈～淺談同理 心」的主題，深入淺出地介紹同理心的概念和意涵，並運用電影和臨床上的實例， 說明同理心的實際運用技巧。透過他的引導，現場多位老師陸續拋出目前在輔導學 生上所遇到的困境和問題，施純明學務長及學輔中心韓德彥主任更加入問題之討 論；活動最後在熱絡的討論和意見交流中圓滿結束。（文/學生事務處）
