Çalışmamızda meme küçültme operasyonlarında preemptif oral yoldan uygulanan gabapentin-tramadol, parasetamol-tramadol ve tek başına tramadol uygulamalarının intraoperatif hemodinamiyi etkilemediği, postoperatif HKA de tramadol ile kombine edildiğinde her üç uygulamanında etkin analjezi ve düşük ağrı skorları sağladığı, toplam tramadol tüketiminin ve postoperatif 12. saat dışında ek analjezik gereksiniminin benzer olduğu, bununla birlikte erken postoperatif dönemde gabapentin-tramadol uygulanan olgularda çift görme insidansının daha yüksek olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.
