Com os resultados obtidos, dentro das limitações do estudo, pôde-se concluir que: 1- As peças confeccionadas por CAD/CAM em zircônia apresentaram uma maior

desadaptação marginal vertical do que aquelas fabricadas em cobalto-cromo com a mesma metodologia. Porém, a tensão gerada aos implantes foi semelhante.

2- A tecnologia CAD/CAM foi mais precisa do que a técnica convencional de fabricação de infraestruturas parafusadas sobre pilares protéticos, tanto em relação ao desajuste marginal, quanto à tensão gerada aos implantes.
