4. Hâkimin Boşluk Doldurması
No início do recrutamento dos leucócitos, o tratamento com todas as doses do heparinóide e da heparina geram inibição da migração principalmente de polimorfonucleares para a cavidade peritoneal, mas quando o influxo dos PMNs é máxima (6 horas), apenas a dose de 1,0 µg/Kg do heparinóide e as doses de 0,1 µg/Kg e 1,0 µg/Kg da heparina mantém a capacidade antimigratória, demonstrado que esta atividade anti-inflamatória é dependente da dose e do tempo utilizados.
Após 3 e 6 horas da indução da peritonite, nenhuma dose testada do heparinóide ocasionou efeitos anticoagulante e hemorrágico, ao contrário da dose de extrapolação da heparina.
A eficácia antimigratória similar ao diclofenaco,um fármaco anti-inflamatório, bem como inibição da atividade da elastase, associados a reduzidos efeitos anticoagulantes e hemorrágicos, tornam o HL uma modelo estrutural interessante para novos estudos como agente anti-inflamatório no tratamento de doenças.
